We chose this resort to be close to everything. It sits right on the border of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. We had a back in site by the river. It was quiet for almost the entire stay. It is a new park so everything was clean. There are two laundry rooms. Bathrooms were clean and big. There is a playground for the kids. Our major gripes were: the Canadian geese. They poop everywhere! Maintenance only cleans it when someone new comes in. Another gripe: construction. The park is expanding so the... Read More

It is a new park so everything was clean. There are two laundry rooms. Bathrooms were clean and big. There is a playground for the kids. Our major gripes were: the Canadian geese. And the final gripe: packages. The office seemed to get annoyed at the amount of packages in the office. (it was Christmas for goodness sake).
