This campground I would call above average but overpriced. The spaces are large with full hook-ups. The restrooms and showers are spacious and clean. The wifi was iffy at best. The TV channels were also iffy as to whether or not you would be able to receive them clearly and no cable was offered. For the price cable should have been available. You never knew if you were going to be able to sign on or not. The employees were friendly enough but it seemed at times that they were overwhelmed.
Stayed there one night on my way to Key West. Well kept park....lots of permanent residents...with a lot of stuff. Bathrooms were excellent, pool was heated and clean. Had a 40 foot motor home with a car so I had a pull through site. Manager was nice, right off the interstate. Would definitely recommend and would visit there again.
Nice park with good sized sites. Transient sites are pretty well without trees/shade. Clean and adequate facilities. A bit tricky to get to from Interstate, but directions are good. Nice people run it and so are the guests.
Joy Rv was a nice park, the facilities were clean and neat. The stand out was the manager, she went out of her way to help me print a document and get it faxed. The pool was great (heated) and the people were friendly. Dog friendly ( but doggie waste bags and disposal sites would have improved that experience).
GREAT LOCATION, NOT FAR FROM ALL THE THEME PARKS AND COCOA BEACH. EXCELLENT STAFF MEMBERS, VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THUMBS UP TO POLLY AND KEN. ONE OF THE NICEST CAMPGROUND I EVERY STAY AT.
Just stayed here for four nights while visiting family near by. Facility is very clean, nice pool and very quite at night. Manager was very friendly and helpful. Site was good with concrete pad with picnic table and pole light which was nice for the evening. Excellent WIFI as we stream our TV viewing with no issues. Close to local amenities. Will be staying here again.
Just stayed at this campground for a month. It is a nice campground and is managed by a woman who is extremely friendly and goes out of her way to do anything she can for you. People there are very friendly and the place is very quiet at night. They have lots of activities for those who care to join in. WiFi is very good. The pool is clean and warm. Good laundry and very nice bathhouse. We enjoyed our stay so much we already booked it for 6 weeks next year.
Management was very helpful and friendly. Good amenities. Crowded due to peak season. We would stay there again.
We stayed 10 days. Very helpful staff. No Park models. Clean up to date laundry and restroom/shower. The pull threw sites are large. We had a back in, where room was adaquat. There is a lot to do in the area. We would stay there again.
Stayed at the park Christmas week. We arrived after dark, check-in was easy. The park was quite full and the manager lead the way in a golf cart to our spot. Then she guided me backing in our rig - that was nice. That night the electrical power kicked off line several times. The following morning I went to the office to report it. Within an hour she had the maintenance man changing out the 50 amp breaker on the box, which fixed the problem. Although the park is about 2 blocks from I-95,... Read More

Although the park is about 2 blocks from I-95, trees between it and the park muffled the highways sounds well, it was pretty quite. We will definitely stay there again.

People in office are very nice ! Lots of activities and close to sites nearby. Very long pull thru site but a long way to electric box so we couldn't use the concrete pad at the bottom of our steps. The park is kind of off the beaten path but we would stay here again if in the area
Lovely place, grounds so pretty but the bathroom could be updated! Would definitely come back again!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The managers were very friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again.
Enjoyed our stay. Campground was quiet & well maintained.
Very helpful staff On our arrival day we had a refrigerator fire in our motorhome which rendered it unusable. The manager was very helpful by offering us a cabin to rent for our stay which was a lifesaver for us as we were able to salvage most of our vacation. Thanks for everything they did for us.
Great stay!!!!! Strong wifi, our site was a little tite. Our battery died and the crew got us going very quick. Office crew could not do enough for us. We will return soon.
Very happy with the park. Very helpful staff.
