If you read any of the other reviews dating back, nothing has changed or improved. Concrete jungle on a slope. From a previous, last place available, prices up near 50%. Limited sites for travelers. Caters to long term. Wifi brutal, lots of tv channels but not clear reception. Hardly considered a 'resort'.
Really doesn't earm more than a 2. Price increase of near 50% since prior stay, no improvements, to slopped sites, wifi, TV and general overall facility. Narrow sites, no room for table.
This place is NOT a "Resort". It is a tilted parking area filled with RVs hooked to water, sewer and power. And that's the best part of it. Most of the residents are unfortunates stuck living here long term because it is cheaper than finding a home in the Seattle housing market. (My source: one of them). Our perimeter back-in was on a broken up concrete pad caused by a tree's roots. In the bushes to the sides and back of the site was RV related trash, like insulation, plastic parts, pipes, as... It's located in a noisy commercial area, surrounded by RV sales and repair facilities and junk RV "storage" lots. All day long we could hear the PA from an RV dealer. Also: horribly annoying small and large propeller planes taking off, circling and landing at a nearby airport. We even heard what sounded like gunshots nearby one night.
This place does not deserve to have a Good Sam 9- 10 rating for anything. It should be rated at no more than a 5 or 6, at best. The rating has to be a mistake, or worse, simple falsification. Somebody got bribed for this place to have a 9-10 for anything.

The high GoodSam ratings shown when this 'resort' pops up on search must be some kind of technical error. I came for the "Resort" but instead got "Four Seasons Total Landscaping". Definitely that vibe going on here, on a commercial highway lined with pot dispensaries and massage parlors. Lesson Learned: read and believe the reviews.
This is by far the worst Good Sam park we have stayed in during our 3 1/2 years of full timing. Not sure how the park received 9/10 ratings. While the laundry and restrooms looked ok (we did not use) the rest of the park has absolutely no appeal at all. The entrance way is very narrow (not sure RVs going opposite directions would be able to pass), the sites are short and Very narrow (it was very hard to get our 40' class A and car in our spot). We had to maneuver and re-align to be able to open... Read More

There are minimal bushes between sites for 'some' privacy but absolutely no grass. Their park map says there is a dog area but the area is overgrown and dog poop everywhere. Our dog was afraid to even walk in the area.
And on top of all that, it is the most expensive park we have stayed in....
Sorry to be so negative but there is very little positive to say about this park...as you can see from the previous reviews

We stayed 5 nights to visit national park system sites in the area. The design of this park was very disappointing as it is connected with a Class A motorhome dealer (American Eagle) just down the street. The park is located in a congested business area off a busy multi-lane state highway being used as a city street making turns into & out of the park hazardous. The interior roads are paved. The park is located in a congested business area off a busy multi-lane state highway being used as a city street making turns into & out of the park hazardous.
The interior roads are paved. The interior roads are narrow and encumbered by vehicles. The turns are tight with little to no extra room to maneuver larger RV's. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and P/T's. The P/T sites were not long enough to stay connected to a toad. The site parking pads were concrete, narrow & short. The sites are on top of each other. Sites barely had enough room to open slides. Once the slides were open there wasn't any room to open storage bays. There was vegetation encroachment between the sites being used as screening between the sites. Overflow parking located near the park entrance.
The park was built on a hillside. There didn't appear to be much of an effort made to tier the sites level as most if not all have a bi-directional slope/pitch. Pitch could be pretty significant. Saw one Class A with the front tires off the ground so high that there was a step ladder in use to reach the bottom step of the coach's steps. Saw several others with significant blocking under tires trying to get level.
They have full hook ups - water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. The utility connections were towards the middle of the sites. The sewer connection fitting was above ground making it difficult to establish a downhill flow depending on the discharge point.
Trees shattered around the park could impact satellite reception. The park information showed 15 local channels. Didn't try to get any broadcast channels.
Could never connect to the park provided password protected WiFi. Could not get past the password entry step. Diagnostics identified the problem as being with the network. Never worked for the 5 days we were there. Had to use our Verizon WiFi hotspot.
There was not a designated pet area in the park. The pet area was outside the park at the end of the adjacent neighborhood dirt street. Not the most pleasant place to be as the residents of the nearby neighborhood also used this area to walk their dogs. At least there was a bag dispenser and collection station for waste just inside the park. While there was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park's roads the travel would be up and down hill.
It appears the majority of the people staying here are long term.

The spots for RVs are so narrow that there is no room for a picnic table and none are provided. The staff were quite disdainful when I came to find out why we couldn't get on-line. They acted as if it was my fault. I then tried to get on line right in the office. The staff person then tried on his phone and he couldn't get on line either- right in the office! He said he would try to re-start the server! They clueless and have no people skills. The "dog park" is a gate that opens onto a dead... Read More

The "dog park" is a gate that opens onto a dead end street that is filled with junk and dog waste.
RV parks that want to survive in the future have to pay more attention to wireless- they are too cheap to pay for professionally installed wi-fi.

Facility is ok at best.... only thing about it is not many parks around Seattle, so it gets Just the participation trophy... customer service totally sucks... they are rude, condescending and could care less about you. They only want your $$. Skip this park all together . Good Sam needs to drop them. If a "0" rating was available, that's what it would be.
Terrible place to stay. We have a 30 foot travel trailer and it took us an hour to park it in a very, very tiny spot. It was hard to get out the door with all the rocks and stomps. Would not recommend this and not sure how they got this rating. Good Sam take another look
We have family in the area so try to stay as close as we can to the city. There aren't a lot of good options. This place is very convenient for us but challenging. We drive a 40' motorcoach with a tow car. Tight but doable maneuvering through the park. Space was VERY narrow and NOT LEVEL. We were able to open our slides and squeeze our car onto the site but were right up against the hedge. Not noisy on our stays there. Hook ups were OK. For an overnight this would be OK. Sites are exceptionally tight. We needed a spot over Labor Day weekend and this was all we could find. We have a 40' motor home with a tow car and the site we were given was 41' long and 22' wide. We could barely open the car door. Additionally the site was so unlevel we had to not only block up the jacks but put wood blocks under the back tires. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bathrooms were slightly dated but very clean. The dumpster... Read More

If you are over 36' long, make sure you get an interior site, those are longer, but still very unlevel as many people had wheels off the ground or were blocked up.

No tables at site. Uneven pads required blocks or cinder blocks to level. Limited space along side coach. Loud music coming from 2nd floor apartment over the office. Narrow driveways....very tight spaces. Pass this place and opt for another park. BTW the rate was $75.00 for a poor choice.
This park is only marginally better than dry camping in a parking lot! The sites are tiny, if you have slide outs AND a towed, you'll have a heck of a time getting them all within the painted lines of the site. If you have dogs, GO ANYWHERE but here! They have "rules" (more about that later) and one is where you can walk your dog. Either on rock, foundation size rocks, that are uncomfortable to walk on a best or in the "dog walk at the back" which is thru a locked gate and into the alley.... Read More

Either on rock, foundation size rocks, that are uncomfortable to walk on a best or in the "dog walk at the back" which is thru a locked gate and into the alley. The alley is overgrown with fox tails and runs along a housing project and hubby found hypodermic needles strewn about! Yikes! The danger from the needle and then the danger from the users!? I say, never again!!!
Now about the park rules...one is given the rules upon check-in. Pretty much par for the course. But then, they come around & scotch tape a memo to enforce the "rules" that one is then offered again. They beat upon the smoking rules, and we do NOT smoke...so, please do not put tape on my paint!! I get that there are fire dangers, but seek out the culprits, not the innocent!
Please, if you must stay here, be very, very careful!

Maple Grove is a mixed bag. We stayed three nights in a 40' motorhome. The grounds are nice. We did not use the restrooms or the laundry. The only problems we encountered were the size and levelness of the sites for a large rig. In order to accommodate a big rig, they assign you two smaller sites that back up to each other and thus create one "pull through" site. The problem is that it was extremely difficult to get even close to level and then there was no room for our toad. The other sites... Read More

The other sites appeared to have the same issues so all of the vehicles were parked barely their sites, which made for a crowded and difficult entry and exit from the site.

Centrally located in Everett. 30 minutes to downtown Seattle if no traffic (rare) otherwise 45-50 minutes. Park very clean; overflow parking available. Great people run the park, VERY friendly. It's a "in town" park, paved sites, easy access, our site was perfectly level and wide enough to park the car beside the coach. A nice greenery barrier between sites. Very good wifi. We were there for over a week and will be back.
