Very nice campground Level concrete roads and sites Plenty of space in between sites We were last site closest to road, therefore a lot of road noise.

Stayed one night 5/4/19 in a coach pulling a full size pickup. Pull through sites very spacious with plenty of recently mowed grass. Nice shade trees on most lots. I really don't see a bad pull through site. All roads and pads are concrete. Plenty of nearby restaurants as well. The lady at the office was very friendly and helpful. I have only stayed at one other park in Texarkana and this is by far better. I will stay here again.

We have stayed at Shady Pines on many occasions during our travels North. This is a very nice facility, friendly & helpful people, excellent showers & restrooms. The grounds are clean and the pads are concrete for easy leveling of your unit. 50 amp & 30 amp service, outstanding water pressure. I strongly recommend Shady Pines for your stay if you are in the Texarkana area.

This was a very nice clean park to stay in. Pads were all concrete and level. We did not use the laundry facilities or showers, but management is so nice to work with. We would stay here again. You are right down the road from Scottie's Grill, which has awesome food. (Steaks and shrimp were fabulous). Gas stations and diesel are close. The resort is located on the edge of town which made our travels south a breeze.

We were traveling to visit family for Thanksgiving and chose Shady Pines RV Park to stay one night. The sites were level with cement pads. They were nicely spaced and each had a picnic table but no fire ring. It was off season so it was pretty quiet It was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. We will mark this as a favorite for our travels.

This place was beautiful! Clean! Everyone was ver nice. Price was great! Bathrooms, spotless, Great concrete pads, and the pond was beautiful. Plenty of room to walk the dogs, not some little patch of grass. We would stay here again.

Super well organized park with many easy access pull thru sites. Nice fishing lake close by. Large area to walk and exercise pets. We stayed 3 nights while visiting family. Bathrooms were super clean as well. Extremely nice park.

Not sure what the local area has to offer as our stay was simply 1 day stop over heading south but what an excellent facility for those passing through! Very neat and tidy, excellent cement platform lots with easy entry, level, good hook-ups . I'd certainly use this facility any time I'm passing nearby and recommend it to anyone needing an overnight. BTW they have RV sales, service and parts next door for almost anything you might need. Very friendly and courteous staff in every position.

Paved roads, beautiful cement pads,utilities have cement pads. The hosts were wonderful. We were in a 49 foot class a with a tow vehicle and it was a breeze. We will stay here every time we are in the neighborhood

Excellent park! Wifi was a little slow but we were in the back of the park. Overall wonderful stay. Going back soon.

This was an overnight on our way south. Clearly worth the short drive off the Interstate system. Pull through was easily accessible to facilities which were impressive. Staff commented that the park hosts several Good Sam events...not at all surprised.

SUPER CLEAN! We stayed here on our way to another destination and it was great. This place is so super clean, you could eat off the floors! The lady working in the office is as sweet as can be and super helpful. We love concrete motorcoach sites- yay! It makes all the difference in the world. This place is great and we would love to go back. 10+

This place is beyond awesome, concrete pads, beautiful club house and a fishing pond right there. We will stay there again at every chance.
