55+ park. No dedicated check in parking area that I saw, you pretty much block incoming traffic while checking in. Office staff were friendly and welcoming. No assistance offered locating your assigned site or backing in (didn't need help anyway). You could probably request it if needed. This park has a large population of full time residents and park models. This is common in central Florida. The folks we met were very friendly. Interior roads were paved and in excellent condition. No assistance offered locating your assigned site or backing in (didn't need help anyway). You could probably request it if needed. This park has a large population of full time residents and park models. This is common in central Florida. The folks we met were very friendly. Interior roads were paved and in excellent condition. Landscaping attractive and well maintained. Most sites were double concrete pads and in good shape. The sites are back-in so there will be some challenges if you have a larger rig. Typically, the sites on the other side of the road will have vehicles and/or posts that keep your turning radius limited. The power hookup was quite a distance away on our site but closer on others. I almost had to use an extension, but I have a long cord. There are water meters along side the pads close to the road so be careful not to run them over. Clubhouse was spacious and extremely clean and well kept with a library, game room and main dining/meeting area. Free wifi is 4mb/sec max. Pay for better internet is available. If you don't have satellite, there is no free cable (pay service available for long term) and although you can get 37+ OTA channels most had spotty signals with lots of drop out for us. The park itself was very quiet at night BUT if you are in the west side of the park and want to open your windows you will hear the concrete plant next door that runs 24/7. There was an annoying loud scraping sound every 8-10 seconds accompanied by the beeping back up alarms on heavy equipment. If you run your AC fan full time it will drown it out. I would recommend staying in the east side of the park, the more to the east the better. There are some good restaurants and shopping a short drive away. Overall a nice park.
