This place is family-oriented and we loved that. There is something for everyone. The campground is well kept in general, but restrooms need more attention. The staff is really nice and helpful and the food has a good price.
We just completed a three week tour from Florida to Maine and Pine Cove was, without a doubt, THE BEST campground we visited and we stayed the longest there. The owners are the ideal hosts and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the setting, the accommodations and most of all the friendliness of them and their staff. If we had a question or needed something, it was taken care of immediately. Family and pet friendly, the pool is the highlight attraction with a snack bar and... Read More

Travelers in the SW Pennsylvania area will not be disappointed with a stay at Pine Cove. If we pass that way again, we'll be a repeat customer!

We stayed for an entire month and enjoyed it very much. The laundry room is well taken care of and very clean. We did not use the showers or rest rooms. Our hosts are wonderful people and it is plainly obvious that both really care about the status of their property. The sites are well maintained, level, and both the water and power are very stable. We would recommend this location and will return in the future.
We arrived at 2 p.m. on a holiday weekend and there was no one in the office. Our site number, etc. was in an envelope, which was fine. However, we had trouble with the electrical hookup so called the owner. 8 hrs. later he finally texted us back. Luckily, one of the construction workers next to us was able to help. We have been on the road for 3 weeks and never have we had an experience where there was no one in the office either when we arrived or the morning we left. Place looked abandoned. The... Read More

The campground is on the back side of a swimming pool and day use area and is accessible through a electric gate. The park entrance is down a steep single lane driveway that flattens out into a parking lot and then the drive goes back up a steep hill to the campground. There is evidence that many RVs have scraped the pavement leaving the campground area. The campsites are essentially level, back in, gravel pads that feature full hookups including cable. There is evidence that many RVs have scraped the pavement leaving the campground area. The campsites are essentially level, back in, gravel pads that feature full hookups including cable. The campground has excellent wifi service. The majority of the 38 sites appear to be occupied by long term residents. There is a bathhouse/laundry with 4 showers, 4 commodes (2 each per side), 2 washers and 2 dryers. The operation is primarily summertime so the pool and other amenities were closed for the season when we were there. The "lake front country setting" advertised is a 1-2 acre pond surrounded on three sides by brush. Per the rules, electric heaters are not permitted in RVs.

Nice park. Big water park facility that is used extensively by the locals so the pool is CROWDED. Fishing was poor in the two ponds on the campground.
Great place. Great water park (slides, tubes and water trampoline) Beautiful setting. While a little noisy with nearby highway traffic, you wont even notice it inside your trailer with AC ON. Only negative comment is people coming and going all hours very late and early....owners need to reinforce quite hours.
Had to leave a message and wait for a call back to reserve a site, but my call was returned within a couple hours, and site was booked no problem! It's a smaller campground, but the sites are nice. It's a beautiful campground (even has gated access). The laundry/bathrooms were not great, but they weren't terrible. THE POOL though - was awesome! We only stayed one night because we were just traveling through, but if I had to do it over again, we would have stayed longer. Staff was very friendly... Read More

Great family park! The owners are on site at all times, always available to help and are happy to do so. There are many family activities including a huge swimming pool complete with water slides for kids (and for those who wish they were) as well as a private catch-and-release stocked pond. Although there are no pull-through sites - we have a 33' travel trailer - there is ample room for backing in. Located well away from major highways, it is quiet and peaceful. This is an unusual place with a large water park in conjunction with an RV park. I used the RV park just for an overnight in the course of a long road trip. I did not use the water park so cannot comment on it (though it looked inviting!). The RV area is a large, flat terrace above the water park with a pretty river flowing below. While in a beautiful setting, the campground area is virtually treeless and nondescript. It is a good place for an overnight only, or to camp while enjoying the water... Read More

The RV area is a large, flat terrace above the water park with a pretty river flowing below. While in a beautiful setting, the campground area is virtually treeless and nondescript. It is a good place for an overnight only, or to camp while enjoying the water park, but I don't see it as much more than that . and $45 is a little steep for an overnight. (The price including the water park is higher.)

Clean, relatively level and well-spaced sites. Convenient check-in and close to the interstate. Large pool and splash park for kids. Owners take pride in their business and are very hands-on and personable.
Unless you stay here for the big pool, after Labor Day it is pretty dull. The good - clean restrooms/showers but only 1 of the 2 showers worked in men's room. Gravel sites are not that level at the top of the hill on the right but get better the further back you go. There seemed to be many male campers who are involved in the construction of an area "pipeline". Lots of big pick up trucks in and out. Certainly didn't feel that it was a resort; just a place to hook up for the night. Good wifi... Read More
