Stayed one night passing thru the area. Easy access to/from the freeway. Off the freeway far enough that noise is NOT an issue. Sites are gravel and pretty level. Overall grounds and office/clubhouse are clean. Bathrooms not so much....Good place to stay one night as long as you use your own "facilities".
A return stay for 1 night twice in 3 months while traveling through the area. Last stay was in 2012. The park is easy to get to & from I-5 (Exit 434: Sperry AV) along some pretty busy multi-lane roads. Limited registration parking. The park is far enough from the interstate that there wasn’t much road noise. The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV’s for an experienced driver. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull throughs. The... Read More

The interior roads are paved. The interior roads and turns are sufficient to maneuver larger RV’s for an experienced driver. The sites are a mixture of back-ins and pull throughs. The P/T parking pads are hard gravel. The P/T sites were long enough to say connected to a toad. The P/Ts were pretty easy to get into and out of but avoid the last pull through as the turn to get out is very tight. P/T site #102 was not level - auto leveling system lifted the tires off the ground on one side. Sites had sufficient room for opening slides. Site are very narrow so there is little to no privacy. They have full hook ups – water, electricity (50/30/20 AMP), & sewer. Utility connections were towards the rear of the site. The sewer connection was at the ground so it was easy to establish a downhill flow. P/T sites did not have an outside table or fire pits. The P/T sites turned over quickly. The park was pretty close to full with what appeared to be long term residents which were limited to a 9 month stay.
There were a few trees scattered throughout the park and around the perimeter so satellite reception would be dependent upon your site, dish configuration and time of year. Was able to get DISH programing with a portable dish sitting on the ground. The park information listed a 12 channels cable line up and didn’t mention anything about broadcast channels. Didn’t try to get any broadcast channels.
The park provided password protected WiFi was adequate for travel research. Didn’t try the NET10 phone so don’t know about cell phone reception.
There was one designated fenced pet areas with a grass surface located near the entrance but other pet owners were not cleaning up after their dogs. There were bag dispensers and collection stations for waste in the fenced pet area. There was sufficient area to walk dogs along the park’s roads.
The park was accommodating in making short notice reservations when we ran into a weather delay. But making reservations is generally difficult. The park didn’t respond to reservation requests made on the website or by email. Took 11 phone calls over 4 days during office hours (9 AM – 6 PM) before someone answered the phone to make the reservation.
Won’t stay here again. Will alter travel route to avoid staying here.
TIP: Some nearby shopping & restaurants within walking distance of the park. There were a couple of truck stops (Pilot/FJ & Love’s) nearby for fueling. The area is commercially developing. It is pretty much of a drive to any of the attractions in the east bay area.

Nice RV park! Very friendly staff and clean park with grass, which our pups enjoyed! Close to food and gas, and easy off and back onto interstate 5! Little to no road noise! Would definitely stay here again!
Great facility for our 1-night stop as we barreled south on the 5 on our way home after 6 week road trip. Efficient check-in, clear instructions (still in pandemic, distancing mode), great pull-thrus for any size rig. Despite the dry conditions, there was quite a lot of nice grassy areas which our old puppy appreciated! Nearby is a whole series of hotels and restaurants, fast-food and sit down, although not terribly busy, again quite sure its due to C-19. It was a really good pit-stop for us,... Read More

It was a really good pit-stop for us, didn't bother cooking by walking to pick up a quick meal, and would highly recommend. We didn't have a chance to look around the general area so unfortunately not able to comment on that, nor any of the park's facilities.

I called ahead to make a reservation. The person answering the phone explained that this park does not take reservations. Pulled stopped at the office per placard instructions. One of the 35 sheets of instructions on the front of the office said to find an empty spot in the south end of the park and pull in. That seemed easy enough, and we selected a spot. Tested the internet to make sure that it would handle a meeting later in the day. I went to check out the shower and found the restroom was locked. I... Read More

That seemed easy enough, and we selected a spot. Tested the internet to make sure that it would handle a meeting later in the day. I went to check out the shower and found the restroom was locked.
I was able to reach, I assume the manager, by telephone. He said that yes, the bathrooms were locked because it was just him and another man taking care of the place, and if the restrooms were open, all they would do would be cleaning the bathroom.
We have been on the road for about six weeks, staying at probably 20 RV parks. The Kit Fox was the first that had a locked bathroom. The Kit Fox cost was second to the most expensive.
Kit Fox is a terrible value and has lazy management.

For the money ($55/night) this is outrageously over-priced. The washrooms are closed. There are washrooms in the office building but these are only open during office hours. Even these washrooms are not well maintained. It appears that this is mainly a park for full timers and storage. This park has seen better days and has been allowed to slip into disrepair. The rates should be reduced accordingly.
Campground is ok. Sites close together. No table or pit. Was ok for one night. Service was not good. Pulled in at night. In morning got ready to leave and man in office said he was busy. Come back after 9. Went back and he came out as i walked in. He didn't acknowledge me. Went to his car and left. Note said be back soon, going to bank. Waited 25 minutes, left money and got on road. Very poor customer service.
This RV park is located just off I-5 near Patterson, CA, although it is far enough from the highway that you we weren't bothered by noise. It is adjacent to the off-ramp plaza with gas stations and fast food restaurants. It is a relatively young park with asphalt driveways and gravel site pads. We had a pull through site that was plenty long for our motorhome and car, although it was somewhat narrow. There were full hookups with 50 amp electric and cable, no patio, picnic table or fire ring.... Read More

Good place for overnight stay
Stayed about a week. Ok park but pull through site were crumbling asphalt. Aside from the ones in the office, the rest rooms were too few and dirty around the park. Also quite a lot of traffic noise from trucks zooming to nearby Amazon Fulfillment warehouse nearby. The best thing about this place is all the restaurants in walking distance to it. My AT&T wifi worked well.
I like it. Its far enough off of Interstate 5 and close enough to several restaurants, (within walking distance). If you need an overnight stay this would be a great stop. It also has a great management team. Always available for questions and assistance. I will stay here again in my travels return me to California.
