good pjace. good staft, but if you're on the outer edge of the park, the Wi-Fi is poor. we used up our on road Internet vendors monthly alotment in 2 days
Nice park! This park is basically a merger of a nice, older park (smaller pads, but more established trees & shade), and a newer, portion that has huge pads and more space between them. Each portion has it's own pool, jacuzzi, restrooms & laundry - all of them very nice. They have two large dog park areas, and in the new section a lot of nice grass areas big enough for soccer, football, etc. Also a horse shoe and bocci ball court. I give them credit for alerting us that they had a rash of... Read More

I give them credit for alerting us that they had a rash of bicycle thefts and offering to store bikes in the main clubhouse under heavy security. (And they are surrounded by some excellent biking paths - not to be missed!).
They are located off a road that has a center divider you can't cross, so you'll be driving a good distance one way to U-turn to drive back to downtown a lot. There is an active train track that runs on the other side of that road that runs frequently...but we really didn't notice it at all (we were in site 193, about 10 sited back from the road along the fence). There are a number of people using this as a long term location...but not in a bad way (they don't have tons of junk, or 1000 potted plants on their site), but since some of the pads are very very large (5th wheel with three cars + patio space!) it's naturally appealing. Nice blend of families, retirees, etc.
While we booked July 2021, joining another couple there the booking system requires a call. The best they had was a deluxe site - but their site map is VERY vague, not showing any correlation between deluxe, premium deluxe, utra - ext. I wish this site allowed me to post the "secret map decoder ring" picture I took , (Try Campendium), but since they won't tell you what site you are in until you arrive, it's all for naught. While they had our email address, and we'd noted we wanted to be adjacent our friends, arrival day had us on opposite ends of the park - but they got it rectified. We were surprised that we owed more, but discovered a premium deluxe site had opened up that they placed us into and said they'd left a voice mail to inform us some time ago (we didn't get it, and why they wouldn't email that is a mystery). But we were happy with the site.
There was a previous review about the host "guiding them into their site" and the distraction resulted in damage to their truck. Our experience was this was much more of a hinderance than a help, and "Thanks, we've got it" didn't make him go away. I'm not sure if the bent yellow pole next to our site, or the clearly hit street light down one of the other roads wasn't a direct result of being "helped" - but it wouldn't surprise me.

Resort insists in guiding rv into site. Guide guided me into a tree whereupon a side mirror broke off. The resort would take no responsibility for the damage and the owner would not return telephone calls. You cannot drive without side mirrors. RV'ers would be well advised that if they incur any damage caused by the resort they are on their own.
We have stayed here twice and really enjoy the park and proximity to SO much to do! Staff is very nice and the paved sites are very large.
The good: clean & neat Park guides were personable, friendly and helpful level sites w/good hookups pool & clubhouse very good The bad: WiFi very poor and extremely limited single phone in office so if the line is in use, every call goes into voicemail (if shuttled to the golf course and need shuttle to return, if phone is tied up, can only leave a message and hope it is picked up (waited 1/2 hour to reach a live person) "deluxe" spots are 20' wide x 45' long (parking is cramped to say the least),... Bottom line, for the prices charged, disappointing experience during my week long stay

This was our second time staying at this park. And we will stay again. Our site backed up to the north side fence and was very quiet. We heard the train go by a couple times during the day but never heard it at night. If you are sensitive to noise ask for a site in the back of the park where the train is not noticeable. Even though there is a train it goes by so fast that by the time you realize you are hearing it, it's gone. The grass needed some weed & feed but as we learned from an employee,... Read More

Even though there is a train it goes by so fast that by the time you realize you are hearing it, it's gone. The grass needed some weed & feed but as we learned from an employee, the park uses no chemicals on their grounds to keep pets and birds safe and the water table unaffected. The employees pull weeds by hand they never use round-up or any type of weed killer. Don't get me wrong the grounds still look beautiful, there were just some dandelions in the grass and a few weeds in the site.. My yard at home looks worse at times. The pool looked inviting but we did not use it, some did and looked as though they were have a wonderful time. The off leash dog run was a huge hit and I think the busiest place in the park. The restrooms were very clean, the store well stocked, and the staff could not have been nicer.

My experience: Pulled into the park and found the setting to be most appealing. Beautiful grounds, nicely laid out and very well maintained. Why the low review? First off, of all the empty spaces they had, they put me next to a very noisy, drunk and boisterous group. Before we even backed the TT in I asked politely if we could have one of the other, many empty spaces. The answer was a flat "No". If that wasn't bad enough, the train, which runs very close to the park, runs about once per hour. Day... Read More

All in all, for the tired traveler, this is NOT the place to stay. Noisey, unacommodating, and no pull-throughs (as promised) the price tag simply doesn't justify the noisy environment. I'll pass this one by next time for sure. Their high ratings also makes me suspicious of Good Sam's rating system. I have to wonder if this will even make it to your screen. Very disappointed.

Awesome resort. Close to Hwy, shopping, and restraunts. Spacious sites and grounds well groomed. Beautiful pool and club house. Staff is very friendly and helpful. 20 minutes from downtown San Jose. Felt like we were home. This is our new home away from home and will be back often.
RV park is everything it says. Level pads, great water pressure, wifi sketchy, clean, well maintained! Would stay again!
This is great park. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were escorted to our site and they helped to guide us in. Everything is clean and well maintained. I needed propane during my stay and I left the tank at the front of my space and it was filled and returned to me within an hour. This is a park we will return to.
This would definitely be a 10 with 2 exceptions. First, most of the sites are small for a 40' with 4 slides and no place to put your tow except for your site. Second is the trees that encroach the roadway/site. Even with a "camp host/guide" it was virtually impossible to get into the site without trees coming in contact with at least mirrors if not paint - ouch. Wifi was very spotty but I am writing this review with their wifi so not impossible. The staff were great but when mentioning the... Read More

I do to - just not in the roadway.

This place is worth going out of your way to stay. Great staff, nice level pads, convenient location. One of our favorite parks in the western US
