First of all the good. We enjoyed our stay. The back in site we had was way more than long enough for my crew cab dually and TT. Escorted to site. Grassy and did not need to level to much. Side spacing a little tight but easily enough room for slides. The check in was the easiest and quickest of our 2 1/2 month Alaska round trip. I think the owner is fairly new and is doing his best to keep the park clean and nice. Very comfortable park. Camp is right on/next to the Klamath River. Now what needs... Read More

Now what needs to be done to make this a real good park. WiFi as usual was marginal at our site. Verizon was only strong enough to place a call which of course is not the parks fault. But as always the big thing with me is voltage. I have a Onan digital volt meter. First thing we do when we plug into the park power is check our voltage and keep an eye on it. Was about 117 volts which is not great but OK if it will stay there. We like to see at least 125. But about mid day the voltage started to drop quickly. At first we turned off the electric water heater. We did not ever run air. But it kept going down below the 105 volt danger zone for appliances. It bottomed at 102 that day. So we put our refrigerator on propane. If the owner can upgrade his power and wifi this could be a great park.

This was a very nice park and well maintained. We were escorted to our site. The site we had was somewhat unlevel and had to do some additional blocking of our front leveling jack. The view of the river was fantastic, and the park was very well maintained. There were fire rings along the road in front of the camp sites and was able to visit with other campers during the evening. The turn into the park can be a little tight for longer rigs.
