We were assigned a site that was very tight. We could not extend our awning, or set up our patio due to closeness of our neighbors slide. Bathrooms need good cleaning . Park has mostly full timers . Only good thing is the view. Ended up here because of a last minute trip and late making reservations. Won't stay here again
I have to say that I was a little worried about this place from some of the reviews, but my husband and I were pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The spots are close together, but so are most of the RV parks in Lake Havasu if you want to be close to the lake. We really lucked out and probably had the best spot in the park. Pull through 110 has no one on the right hand side so it felt very private with a wonderful view of the lake from the picnic table. We did not use the restrooms so... Read More

It was really quite and had a great stay. The only problem we had was you have to cut through a gas station to enter and exit and that can be challenging in the morning when its warm out and the boats are lined up to fuel up. The park is within walking distance to the lake and one of the boat launches.

Should've listened to the other reviewers, spots are WAY too close unless you come every year and get one of the 2 rows of pull throughs. We made a 2 night reservation online and the pictures on the website are deceiving for sure. Upon check in the gal grabbed my paperwork, got a personal call and told them hang on while she proceeded to check me in. Told me to drive around to the spot and that was that. Couldn't get me gone fast enough. Got to our spot, hooked up cable and 1 channel. Couldn't get... Read More

Talked to a neighbor who said, oh you have to ask for a cable box ?????Went back to office the following day and asked for a box (apparently you need to know these things) asked about the WiFi password and she said, oh it's blah blah but only works right outside the office ??asked about the code for the restroom since it wasn't on our pamphlet and she said oh it on your paid receipt. Again ?????Would it have hurt to spend 2 minutes explaining everything to us since we were new and told her we had never been there before . Needless to say we will never be back and I'll dry camp in the desert first.

This park is attractively located with nice views. All sites, however, are closely packed together and many are not level. The leveling system on our Class C would not even attempt to level due to the extreme slope. We arrived after hours, so could not discuss the issue with park staff. We elected to move to a vacant adjacent site, but had a similar problem. The leveling process failed and the refrigerator door on our motorhome had to be locked shut to prevent it from opening, The latch on the exterior... Read More

We elected to move to a vacant adjacent site, but had a similar problem. The leveling process failed and the refrigerator door on our motorhome had to be locked shut to prevent it from opening, The latch on the exterior door of the motorhome also failed, as it had to be slammed due to the adverse tilt of the unit.Neither Cable or WIFI was also available from our site. Glad we had a satellite dish. After dealing with these issues we parked our tow vehicle in our originally assigned site next to the motorhome. The next morning as we were packing up the park manager came banging on our failed door. We were told that our tow vehicle was parked in an RV slot and if we did not immediately move it she would have to charge us for another site. We were in the wrong, but the issue was handle in a very unfriendly and unprofessional manner. We were less than an hour from pulling out of our site, but couldn't wait to put this campground in our rear view mirror. Will definitely not be back.

Stayed 3 nights for the balloon festival. Sites are somewhat close as others mentioned, but we had no problem with pull thru or opening 3 slides. Site was level and clean. Didn't use restrooms but laundry room was modern and clean. I liked the location too. Would stay again.
We stayed at this Resort for six nights. The spots are close together. The pool and hot tub were great, but the bathrooms need cleaning. I tried them in the morning and later in the evening - didn't make any difference. The staff is friendly and would stay here again.
The space was so tight I had to pull all the way foward to be able to pop out my slides and parking my truck was another near impossible task. I couldn't open the RV doors to gain access without moving my truck! I had one inch between my passenger side and the next site. Dirt sites with cement pads which were very much covered with dirt. I was very disappointed Good Sam has always guided us right. Something went wrong on this one.
This park is a hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the address (Industrial Blvd). Very close to the Lake Havasu Park, restaurants, fishing, boat and jetski rentals, but not the "island" prices. Everyone was very friendly and helpful (they even helped repair a small problem with our RV, no charge) unbelievable! The dog area affords a beautiful view of the lake while waiting for rover to do- We will return here for sure.
We stayed 2 nights Aug 12-13 in a 40' class A towing. Since we had to unhook we picked a sight facing the lake. The sights are very narrow and all hookup are all the way to the back. If you use the parks pull thru for overnight and are towing with a class A, you will still have to drop your tow. The back rows of the park are what seems to be full timers and those rows are a pig sty with junk surrounding there rigs.
