The only drawback for this campground is that if is too close to the interstate and very noisy

The campground for non seasonal guests are extremely wet right now which is not the campgrounds fault. We would have liked knowing that ahead of time. The owners were very accommodating moving us to another site due to reserved one being too wet. They basically let us choose. They were prompt about getting us another picnic table and allowed us to move the fire pit. Firewood was very prompt. Pool is very nice. Bathrooms are some of the nicest I have been too and very clean. They have a fan running to keep floor dry. I would love to see this place in normal year when it isn't so wet. I am sure it is very nice. Check in was easy. I would wait for drier weather if you have the choice.

It didn't start well when we arrived and there was no one in the office and we had to call the emergency number and the employee said she forgot about our reservation. The site was a drive thru but was barely manageable around trees and the neighbors car carrier partially in our site. Even worse was the site was downhill and canted so there was no way it was close to level and the best humanly possible was still greatly tilted. Even worse was the site was downhill and canted so there was no way it was close to level and the best humanly possible was still greatly tilted. But the dog doo around our site were like little mines to be dodged in the wet mud. We had asked for a more level site but we were told all the drive thru were reserved but yet later there were other empty sites into the night. All in all, it was the worst choice for the night and it wasn't that easy getting out either. Search for another park in the area if you have a chance.

The park is laid out on a hill and has several levels overlooking each other. They have a nice playground for the children and a nice clean pool. Very friendly people, pretty wooded campground with a little river running alongside. Sights are close together and ours was quite uneven. I never used the bathroom or pool.
