We have stayed here for a week at Christmas for the last 4 or 5 years . We have a 33' class a with toad. we leave the RV on a lot with electric and water and take the toad to DC area to stay with our daughter and family on our way to FL. We have always been pleased with the accommodations and the staff. lately there are a few rv's that are there long term for work- not the most beautiful sight but I can understand the need. The rear corner of the trailer was sticking into the roadway (as was the rear corners of others parked in spots nearby). The place is run down and looks like a parking lot. The current concession managers operate a few KOAs and I'm guessing do not put in, or are not allowed to put in, money to improve this RVB park. I guess when you have a place that is close to DC... I guess when you have a place that is close to DC and there is no competition, why put money in to maintain it? I would not recommend it except for folks who just sleep there after a day in DC touring,. etc.
