Not big rig friendly! Didn't feel like the description was accurate at all. There was maybe a few paved roads and those were extremely narrow. Some roads were dirt. Sites were on grass and were extremely tight! Having to navigate between a tree, parked car, power pole and concrete slab was difficult. Place just felt extremely run down. not like the pictures at all.
1st off I do not normally write reviews but this stay prompted by the "managers" conversation with me made me decide to write this. I paid in full for a premium super site 11 months in advance when we arrived we did not fit! I have a 33 foot 5th wheel w/ pop outs. They then assigned me a regular spot that was not great with a busted up patio pad that I had to put cones out so we would not trip!! I requested a refund for the difference in the price. After several days the "manager" called and with... Read More

After several days the "manager" called and with attitude told me that I still owed them money due to the fact the site rates are "fluid" and change all the time!! I told him that is not how it works and I am not paying anymore so he said we can just call it a "Wash" and I should give them a good review! Well the only thing I can say is the common area is nice, about 10% of the sites seem good, it is quiet, the staff in the office are nice and try hard but are not trained!

My site was completely flooded after a rainy day! We were surrounded by mud, unable to use any of the outside area of our site.
Facilities look great upon arrival.....lots of amenities...but my pull through site left a lot to be desired. I have a 40 foot motor home pulling a car....had a huge tree roots in the middle of the site.....didn't even attempt to put my main slide out because of the tree. All sites are on grass, so expect to get muddy with a lot of rain. Had to pay extra for WiFi so I just used my hotspot. Bathrooms were extremely clean and nice.Excellent amenities but for 90$ a night I would have preferred my site... Read More

I will look at other options before I stay there again.

Needed a place to stay for 1 night on our way to the keys. At first driving to the location we started to get skeptical with all of the farms around then we turn the corner into a beautiful RV park. Very clean everyone seemed nice they drive you to your campsite so you don't have to search and most are pull through sites. We got there early hoping we could unhook and go explore and the site was available so we got to check in early with no extra charge. If we go back down south we will definitely... Read More

If we go back down south we will definitely use this campground again. We used the showers on site so we didn't have to hook up the water they were pretty clean but no air circulating made it a little stuffy and the hand dryers for washing hands didn't work good.

I have mixed comments about this park. The social aspects are awesome. They have activities, VERY nice pool and an 18-hole miniature golf and volleyball court. On the RV side though that's where they could spend some additional money. They put us in a pull thru that had LOTS of HUGE tree roots throughout the site. It was awful. None of the spots are on concrete pads and are either on dirt or grass so when it rained the day before we left it was a mess. I would come back if they spent some energy... Read More

They use a laundry card which you have to load monies to run the machines. If you load monies that are more than what you need, it's not refundable so figure out exactly what you need.
Propane was out of order

Nice park in an old avocado orchard. Great amenities: paved walking/biking track around entire park, heated pool, hot tub, pickle ball, shuffle board, putt putt golf, playgrounds, and open spaces to play. We were escorted to our roomy pull thru--grass site with a concrete pad for the picnic table. Laundry was big and clean. Staff was very nice.
