We stayed here for about a week in July 2023, and we paid $55/night (when we booked our sites, we were quoted $50/night). The sites were not maintained and were so unlevel that the rear tires of our motorhome were OFF the ground. This is after moving 7 times in an attempt to get level without an "excess slope" error. When we looked around, everyone had to use boards and blocks to keep their jacks and levelers from overextending (back) and/or bottoming out (front). We've been camping for over 15 years across the country, and these sites were the most unlevel we've seen. In addition to not being level, the unpaved sites had grass growing in them, needed more gravel, and were too close together. The pull through sites also weren't long enough for a 40 ft camper and a tow vehicle. The trees brought nice shade but needed to be trimmed for larger motorhomes. The sand/horse flies were horrible. Bring thermocells and fly fans if you want to sit outside at all. There are horses on the property, but they don’t appear to be well. Hopefully, they are receiving veterinary care. The internet was terrible. With no AT&T or Verizon cell reception at this campground, hot spots are useless. A campground with no cell reception and NO cable should upgrade their wifi to support all campers' internet activity, including streaming. The paper at check in said the internet is adequate for checking emails, but it is not. I had to go into town just to pay bills midweek because my banking app wouldn't open there. Finally, they allow regular groups (2-3 dozen) of tent campers in over the weekends who are loud well past 10, ride their noisy go carts all around the campground well past dark, and walk their dogs between the campers without picking up their mess. This campground does not appear to enforce their own rules. We will not stay here again. It's a shame because they could do so much with this great location being almost halfway between Bryce and Zion. It would have been better to stay closer to Bryce, then move when we wanted to visit Zion.

RV sites are truly right on top of each other, aisle roads are narrow. The campfire for the site next to us was literally 5 ft from our slide-out, and it was unnerving for the neighbors to have a fire going half the night just 20 ft from my propane tanks, with the head of my bed in-between. The staff also got our reservation date completely wrong when I'd phoned and thought we had no-showed 5 days earlier... luckily they did have a spot for us. The campfire for the site next to us was literally 5 ft from our slide-out, and it was unnerving for the neighbors to have a fire going half the night just 20 ft from my propane tanks, with the head of my bed in-between. The staff also got our reservation date completely wrong when I'd phoned and thought we had no-showed 5 days earlier... luckily they did have a spot for us. The setting & canyon area is pretty with friendly horses in pasture to pet and give treats to. Dump station is difficult to get to with a long rig: you have to do a steep & tricky exit to the street and come back into another entrance, then block most of the entrance/aisle roads while you dump. I might stay here again for a single-night stop but would check/try other places first.

Pros: Location, Environment Cons: Site Level, Electrical Problem, Site Width and Length Made same day reservations with no problem for a 30 amp pull through site. The site was small, and on an incline with shotty electrical. My progressive EMS would not work, but i was only staying for one night and all i needed was furnace. I did not have enough blocks to make up for the incline on my site. Host had left, so couldnt provide feedback. The surrounding is green and beautiful.

You have to choose between 30 amp with sewer or 50 amp. The problem is 30 is only 98-102 volts and my surgequard shuts down at 102 volts to protect the AC. The manager told me it was my fault for choosing 30 amp. I was only running one AC pulling about 12 amps. You can not run on 99 volts. People are going to be replacing their AC units at this place.
