One of our favorite parks. In the middle of a working ranch. Very quiet at night except occasionally the cattle, a coyote or goose. Laundry room is about normal. Restrooms are very clean. Lots of open grassy areas, a covered meeting area with heaters and bbq’s you can use. Lots of hiking areas to explore. If you are looking for a sauna, swinging pool, golf course on site, then maybe this isn’t for you. But we love it!
Contrary to the other 5 star reviews, we were quite disappointed. It's called a "resort", but we could see nothing resortish about it. It's a 1 mile drive drive back to it on a dirt road. If it were raining our RV would be a muddy mess. The sites are OK, but definitely nothing special to brag about. We were awakened in the middle of the night with their irrigation system nozzle spraying our RV as it rotated around. In the morning our campsite was a muddy mess. Not acceptable.
Junipers is one of the most beautiful parks we have stayed at. Don't let the long gravel drive sway you from continuing to the park. We didn't know it was on a working ranch until we got there. The hosts and grounds were impressive. The night sky was stunning, something this city girl has not had an opportunity to see with such magnatude. Waking up to cows mooing was much nicer then trains and traffic. We were sorry we were only staying one night.
What a breath of fresh air this lovely place is. Unfortunately we only stayed there one night on our way home from a road trip.I wish we had booked for longer and been able to enjoy the area. We were met by a very nice camp host who was not only welcoming but also helpful in settling us in to our sites. We traveled with friends and the hosts accommodated us next to each other at short notice. The sites were long pull through's and each had plenty of room around them. The campground itself was spotless... Read More

The scenery and peaceful surrounding made for a lovely stop over. We shall be back for a longer stay - Thank you!!

After a month of traveling, and staying in a variety of RV facilities, this has been the best. The Junipers is off the beaten path, but well worth a detour. The facility is attractive, the views beautiful, and the ambiance relaxing. The crew here attends to all those details that have resulted in a drama-free visit. Highly recommended.
It was a pleasure to stay at this facility and will do so again given the opportunity to return to the area. It was so much fun driving through the ranch to get to the RV Resort. We were greeted immediately and shown to our space. There was plenty of room between other campers and the overall facilities were awesome, but more importantly the camp host(s) was incredible. I had mechanical issues with the motor for the pop-out, it broke completely and would have made the trailer a hazard to pull.... Read More

The camp host worked a couple of hours to secure the motor and making the trailer able to be pulled safely. The restrooms were clean. It was quiet and very peaceful.

An excellent RV Park on a 5,000 acre cattle ranch. Real nice facilities & friendly staff. Great reservoir for fishing, no license required. We visitd with our Good Sam Group and had a wonderful time.
Great Park!!! Beautiful view of the mountains, water, and in the middle of a 6000 acre cattle ranch. The host and owners are very active and very helpful!!
Thank you and we are glad you enjoyed the beauty of the area and the park.
We stayed here during a layover while traveling further north. We drove in with our 44' motorhome and tow vehicle and it was love at first sight! The resort is in the midst of a working cattle ranch of over 5,000 acres of emerald green pastureland, high desert woodlands and sage, populated by black angus and surrounded by mountains. Wildlife abounds. We spotted deer and antelope during our stay. The reservoir is scenic and gave us an abundance of water fowl of all sorts: ducks, Canadian geese, pelicans,... Read More

The resort is in the midst of a working cattle ranch of over 5,000 acres of emerald green pastureland, high desert woodlands and sage, populated by black angus and surrounded by mountains. Wildlife abounds. We spotted deer and antelope during our stay. The reservoir is scenic and gave us an abundance of water fowl of all sorts: ducks, Canadian geese, pelicans, grebes and more. Swallows are encouraged to nest in boxes posted around the park. Ground squirrels and rock chucks are around the property. Sites are roomy and are separated by trees and each has a picnic table. All are drive through. The bathrooms are immaculate and spacious. They had two washers and two dryers in a room lined with large windows to keep the view in sight. The room also had movies, books, magazines, lounging chairs, informational board and brochures and a display of Native artifacts that had been collected on the property - the space was very relaxing, bright, and inviting. I saw two large propane BBQs outside of an open air, covered patio with a piano. The camp hosts were helpful, kind and courteous. In our short time here, we took a couple long hikes through the property. This place is a treat and a great setting for a relaxing respite. We definitely plan to return and spend more time here on our next visit.
