We stayed here for one night in June. It is nice location, quite a ways from the highway, which makes it quiet and peaceful. There are 2 distinct set of sites. One set has mature trees with closer sites. The other area has no shade, with large gravel sites. We had one of those. We did have to level, as the sites are on a hill. The sewer connection was higher than the site, but we could still drain properly. We did not use any of the facilities.

This is a little jewel off the road and away from any noise. The interior roads are very good and the check in and reservations were suburb. We were only here overnight but worth the extra drive off the interstate for peace and quite. We will stay here again.

*VERY* nice people! *VERY* nice campground. Great signage from I-65 makes getting there easy. Once there, the place looks very well cared for. It's clean, green, and neat. Pet goats (in a pen), geese and ducks give it a homey and rural feel that matches the location. Even though the property is gently rolling, my site had a well-groomed and level gravel parking pad. Electric, water and wi-fi services worked without any hiccups. Did not use restrooms so no rating given there. The only reason... Read More

There is room for the picnic table placed there, but not much more. Would I stay here again? You bet!

Lovely campground, clean and quiet. Great owner and staff. Close to town of Cullman, great signage to campground. Level sites, plenty of room. Highly recommend

We stayed at Cullman Campground for the entire month of January 2021. The overall experience was positive. They are strict on the rules, especially speeding over 10 mph. Also, about parking on the grass. Follow the rules and it's an enjoyable experience. We purchased the paid streaming internet service and was disappointed, in the fact it went down a few times or was so slow, it appeared to be down. We had to switch to our personal phone hotspots on several days. We were also working from home (both of us connect to our respective companies, 7 am to 3:30, Monday through Friday). We never did streaming video, only connected to work. The campground has a combination of long-term and transient campers. There were several levels of pay: nightly, weekly, monthly, seasonal. If seasonal, electric is billed after a certain usage. Daily, weekly, monthly, electric was included in the given rate. Water and sewer is on every site. Had no issues, no "toilet" odors, as sometimes happens with full hook-up sites. There are farm animals on the property, ducks the roam freely, miniature horse, goats, chickens, geese, and cats. Pet dogs are required to be on-leash at all times. After seeing the animals associated with the campground, I understood why. They do have a very nice, and large dog park where the dogs can be taken off leash. We used this a lot. They also have propane fill in the campground. Price is sold by the pound, and very reasonable. Office staff and ground crews are very friendly, knowledgeable, and will take the time to socialize, if you have a need for questions and answers. Currently, there is a new section being added on, so the newest campsites are surrounded by dirt as grass has not grown in yet. According to one of the staff, they are planning on adding 6 more campsites this Spring. They are constantly working to improve the campground and keep it neat and clean for everyone. There is a small play ground area near the office for young children. The location is close to Cullman, Alabama, and roads to and from the campground are easily accessible. The campground and roads can accommodate any size RV. There is no swimming pool and the pond is fenced off and not usable for campers. The pond is used for the live stock. The campground has a lot of charm, and the longer the visit, the nicer it becomes.

Cullman Campground was a dream!!! We stayed here in Oct. 2020. Found it by reading a review about another RV camp facility. Boy did we luck out!!! This little RV campground is beautiful, well kept and wonderfully managed. I gave the restroom 3 stars only because we didn't need to use it. We pull a 30' fifth wheel and our spot was great!! They have both 30 & 50 amp service, level gravel sites, and picnic tables. A cute pond for fishing complete with ducks and geese. The country rds coming in are... Read More

The country rds coming in are a little narrow but I saw several 40' class A's and huge fifth wheels come in while we were there. The WiFi is the BEST we've experienced ever! Super fast and no interruptions. All in all I can't say enough great things about this facility. If you're looking for a place to stay, in this area, this is it!!

We stayed here on our way back to Florida just before Michael in a pull though site. We are heading back north in a couple weeks and are returning to this site. Quiet, Nice folks running it and perfect for overnight or a couple of nights if you want to relax and take it easy. Nothing fancy, but it's what we like.

Wonderful quiet campground. Unfortunately it does not have a dog park, though there is certainly lots of room to install one. It does not have a pool etc BUT the staff were really wonderful, the site was terrific, the restrooms were clean and satellite tv reception was very good. I'd stay here again if in the area. Would also suggest that the owners address the decrepit/dilapidated appearance of a couple of the permanent campers as they detract severely from the general ambiance.

Very nice gentleman greeted us on arrival. He did not require we pay him until we got there but held the site for us. Very quiet, grass mowed & trimmed. When walking through the park people were friendly. Since my grandson was with us we went to the playground area so he could shoot his basketball through a metal hoop marked with points. We played several games. The regular basketball hoop was laying over to the side. The playground needed work with equipment repairs or new equipment. There was... Read More

We have stayed over night at this campground for the last 10 years for our annual trip down to Florida. They are the nicest people. It is very quiet once you are there. We could stop at other campgrounds on the way down, but once we found them, we just keep coming back. A little rustic, but nice after a long day's drive.

Nice quiet campground off a country road. Could see horses grazing in a pasture nearby. Called after hours to find a site for the nite enroute home from wintering in FL. Friendly lady answered phone & gave me instructions for checking in after hours. Lots of easy to read signs guided us right to the park Would certainly stay here again!

Average size park. Good satellite access. WiFi worked okay, but not great. Park is away from main road and it is very quiet.

Stayed here one night. My site was almost level. The road getting to the campground was a little rough from the highway. Several trees. The men's restroom was strange with vinyl shower curtains covering the commodes. Sites are spaced out more than many parks.
