NOT RECOMMENDED. Not worth the money at all. Didn't see anyone the entire time that I was there. It's a large gravel lot behind a house. You don't have ANY access to the water at all and can't hear the ocean at all. The water service was leaking. Internet was non existent. Only good thing was that they had a laundry facility. There was a picnic table atop the gravel. Sites were level.
