But despite the name “Horspitality “ implying hospitality, this is the most inhospitable RV park in all our travels throughout America. The manager was condescending and rude. The owner is downright hostile to her customers. Our 2-night stay was a nightmare. They will not open showers or bathrooms to their guests. They claim it’s because of Covid, but after 2 years when there are no longer restrictions anywhere in the country, this is clearly a ruse to avoid paying cleaners for their facilities. We travel in a tiny 16’ Bambi Airstream that has no shower, we bicycle long distance from camp everyday and need our showers, let alone a decent bathroom. Finally, after putting our foot down, they “allowed” us to use the shower “after hours”, but lectured us to “be discrete and respectful about it and no early morning sneaking in to use the toilets!”We are quiet people in our mid-sixties and did not appreciate being lectured and abused like this. Management claimed their RV park is for “self-contained” rigs only—but no where on their website does it say this. We would not have booked here had it stated this. Avoid this overpriced sham of a RV park at all costs.

We were able to use a firepit, at NO CHARGE, and they delivered it to us. Cute little store where registration is. Horses can also be boarded here, quite a big area, including riding arena, for exercise. Horspitality was the perfect place to stay. We were there for 10 days and each day was perfect. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, as were the guests. Our spot was spacious and had an amazing shade tree to keep us cool in the afternoon sun. The laundry facilities were clean and there were plenty of machines for multiple people to have laundry going at same time. Nice folks and good location but tightest sites ever. They stagger back and forth but there is no personal space because neighbors vehicle is right in front of your door. Great spot if you are boarding a horse but terrible for overnight. Would not stay there again.

I was standing in a friends site holding their dogs on leashes, when the hot headed owner turned onto our camp site at an unsafe speed. I pulled the dogs back just in time but his bumper did run into my leg. The owner calmed down enough that he could listen to our suggestion which they finally took, but by that time, our visit to this park was ruined by poor public relation of the owner. I don't recommend this park. Their website pic look great. Too bad I can't say that about the owner.

We stayed here because it was just a short drive to visit relatives. Spot 41 was probably the only spot that would fit our 43 ft fifth wheel. Unhooked the pickup. The grassy doggy park was right by us which was nice for our old dog. Garbage was close too. Stayed 3 nights. Road construction was going on right outside of park which made it a little noisy. Very crowded. No sewer available at my site and they have parked an RV in the dump station so no dump also. People are pleasant enough, but when I asked if I could use another site to dump they said NO. I will not stay here again.

We stayed one night on thanksgiving day. What a great place. The folks were very friendly and even invited us to their turkey dinner potluck, even though we had nothing we could bring. There is a lovely little dog park and walking area. Plus there are horse stables.

The staff is fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We have a fifth wheel and are not good backing in, but the staff got us in. Location is great and the park is very clean. WiFi wasn't good, but that has not been an uncommon feature. We come to Phoenix every winter and need a place to spend a few days. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here because of location to Surprize AZ. Off season for park-they have a large area for horses. Wonderful staff. Site was nearly level. Yes, many sites have empty rvs because of the snowbirds. In season call ahead for reservation.

After many hours on the road, checking out several other parks in the area we came here. SO GLAD WE DID!! SUPER friendly, SUPER helpful and have told MANY others they need to go visit this park next time they are in the area!! WILL BE GOING BACK next time we there!!
