The Graceland RV Park is in a great location – It is next door to the Elvis Presley Museum. We stayed there 5 nights. The sites are reasonably level (gravel) and the amenities cover the basics (50/30 amp electric, water, sewer). The Wi-Fi is slow and didn’t support streaming (even with limited rigs in the park). The grass areas/planters are unkept and basically weeds. We have a Hughes Autoformer power monitor box. The Autoformer detected issues with the power and shut the power off several times during our stay. We arrived just after a storm passed through. The site we were assigned was partially flooded when we arrived (poor drainage). I could go on but why beat a dying horse. Don’t be fooled by the picture on the website. This is an old picture, I’m guessing, and it no longer resembles the actual state of the park. In short, it’s an old, run-down park that the owners don’t appear to be maintaining.

Super convenient if you’re going to Graceland. A little tight for the larger Riggs. We have a 24 foot unit so had no problems. Near Elvis Presley Blvd and did hear traffic and sirens through the night. The park itself was quiet. Picnic table at each site. No fire pit. Didn’t use the bathhouse so no comment on that facility. Ofc staff was friendly. Extended our stay an extra day.

Let me start off by stating my opinion that this is not an especially fancy or visually appealing park. However, the staff was very friendly and the park was clean and quiet enough. We stayed two nights and had a blast visiting all of the Graceland Exhibits. As far as the practical matters go, I read reviews where the safety of the area was in question. I am not sure where people come up with this. This park is not in the high rent area of Memphis, but we had zero concerns both inside and outside of the park with safety. Maneuvering a large coach with a tow was a bit tight, but careful planning of your entrance and exit is all you really need. Water and electricity were fine. Picnic tables should have been replaced years ago. Some of the amenities were in poor in terms of condition and upkeep (pool, play areas). We did not use the restrooms, so I can't comment on them. There is a small park store that had a few items. In short, if you are planning a trip to Graceland, this park is a no brainer. If you are not interested in going to Graceland, this is a fine park for an overnight stay but I would not consider it as a destination unless of course you needed to be in this particular area.

We LOVED this park! Such a fantastic location, literally right next door to Graceland! They sell Elvis memorabilia in the store, incase you need any last minute gifts to take home! Grounds are well kept and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pet-friendly- there was a nice dog walk area for us to walk our 4 furbabies! We stayed at this park for two nights as a stopover to explore the Memphis area. On the upside, there is 24 hour security and decent wifi. Beyond that, the pictures do not accurately represent this park. It located in an old, run down area surrounding Graceland, which sadly, seems neglected as well. Our site was quite muddy, as it had been raining. There is some gravel on the sites, which helped, but still pretty mucky. The park has a number of long term rentals, many of which are old, run... Our site was quite muddy, as it had been raining. There is some gravel on the sites, which helped, but still pretty mucky. The park has a number of long term rentals, many of which are old, run down RVs. The "dog walk" is non existent rather a grassy area in an overgrown location on the property. The playground is overgrown as well. The pool and patio area are in disarray (the pool wasn't open yet) and looked poorly maintained. The clutter in the "tent camping" area is unsightly not sure if this area is even used any more. The store is clean and organized, though mostly consisted of Elvis souvenirs and little else in the way of necessities. The staff we interacted with were nice and helpful, however, it seems that very little money is being put back into the park for improvements. Consistent with the area, I presume, as Graceland loses its lackluster of days gone by.

Water hook ups are poor and difficult to connect to. Our site flooded when it rained and the hostess at the office is not very friendly. This is a convenient place to stay while you are touring Graceland but for anything else I don't recommend it.

Campground is suitable. Super convenient to Graceland! Literally walked from our trailer over to Graceland. The people there are absolutely wonderful. So helpful and nice. The maintenance man, whose name escapes me right now, could not have been more helpful. He was right there to help and make suggestions if needed. Definitely recommend not so much for the property itself, but the people and location.

Nice place, however, the sites are extremely close together. Grounds were clean, for the most part. Airplane noise ALL night long.

The pros - this park is convenient to Graceland. The cons - everything else. It is obvious that the last time this property was updated was in the 70's when Elvis died. I believe it is also the last time Good Sam checked this park out as the ratings they have are not even close. The parking lot adjacent to the park that is for the Graceland Welcome Center stays lit up all night like an airport runway. The office staff was very friendly. Walking distance to Graceland and the Visitor's center which had restaurants, a bar, and shops you can visit without purchasing a ticket. I give this park 3 stars overall simply because it is an 3 star park as I seen it. No complaints, the staff was very friendly & helpful. The park was nice and quiet at night. No cable, but the WiFi was fair, but lots of Antenna channels. The best thing about this park is it's location to Graceland which is why we chose it for our stay. They have an access gate into the parking lot the Graceland Park which is short walk.

Pictures make the park look much nicer than it is. Person in office was rude and we usually get along well with everyone. She still treated us like it was our fault, and finally said she could give us one night but didn't have anything after that. We were put in a spot along a fence backing... Read More

She still treated us like it was our fault, and finally said she could give us one night but didn't have anything after that. We were put in a spot along a fence backing up to Graceland and the tour buses were parked behind us with their motors running all day. We also were told we would have 50 amp service but only had 30 and it was the same price. Meanwhile we found another park to stay at, then they magically found 2 more nights for us but we had already committed to the other place, and after being treated so rudely did not want to stay anyway. It is in a convenient location if you want to see Graceland but a little far from downtown .

Had a pull through for our 40' Class A. Site was adequate for our needs although a little muddy. We were close to wash rooms that were clean. You can walk from RV park through gate to Graceland entrance which is convenient if you want to take the tour. Neighborhood outside the park not the best area but felt safe inside campground. Good areas for dog walking our miniature Schnauzers. Would stay here again if we came back to Memphis.

Easy to get to, park was hard to get around in, the directions given was not very clear and the streets not marked with arrows indicating direction of travel, so if you missed your turn it was hard getting turned around pulling the RV. no assistance given by park staff.

We will never stay here again. The staff wasn't helpful. The spaces were very small, couldn't use our awning. The showers were small and need quality repairs. Wifi didn't work. Their staff told us we had to call a 1-800 number for help, they couldn't do anything. No cable, just antenna. Not worth the money. We moved 9 miles down the road and got a much nicer RV park with more amenities for less money, and still real close to all the attractions.

Reservations were easy and staff was very pleasant. The park was clean and had a mini park for the kids to play. The bathrooms were clean and there was warm water when we showered. The only downside is the the park is adjacent to the Graceland parking lot which is not a nice aesthetic.

Nice enough campground. Absolutely nothing bad to say, just reserving a star for an exceptional campground. Would most certainly stay here again if on a stop over. Make sure you take the free ride in the pink Cadillac to Marlowe's restaurant. Food is pretty good, the ribs were excellent, and it was just fun to have the Caddy pull right up to your campsite. Restaurant is only a 4 minute ride. All in all a very fine place to stay.

The RV Park at Graceland was very convenient to visiting Elvis Presley's home. The park was nicely tree-lined, clean and secure. If you are planning to go to Graceland, this really is the best accommodation option because it is within walking distance and you can come and go as you like throughout the day you buy your ticket.

I'm not sure what happened, but my experience with a 3 night stay was quite different than the other reviewers. Security does check for a pass at the gate, but there is no monitoring of the grounds. Site was time worn gravel, mixed with mud and it took a bit of effort to stretch a 20 ft section of sewer hose to the dump connection. Plus, when we open our door, we were looking and smelling the neighbors sewer connection. Wi-fi was acceptable for an RV park ( slow when no one around, but unusable evenings due to crowding. Along the back side road where we had to come in there were several full time residents parking on both sides of the road, making it extremely difficult to squeak between them. Office simply said " will tell my boss". Next day they were still doing it. I watched other arrivals experience the same problem. No cable TV but local reception from the antenna was better than many RV parks we have been at with park cable. In trying to be objective, I really feel the only thing going for it is the location - walking distance to Graceland. With the heavy volume of traffic on Elvis Presley Blvd it is quite difficult to turn into and get out of the park. Construction across the street on Heartbreak Hotel doesn't help.

What is special though, is that you can walk to all of Graceland's attractions from the comfort of your coach! We planned this as an overnight stay traveling between SW Arkansas and North Carolina.
