Stayed two nights in 35' class A with toad in site 160. Relatively nice stay in this really large mostly long term park. My site was very cramped between two sites and a giant propane tank. Had to wait for the refill truck to leave to park. Arrived after hours and could not find the office. I was saved by a resident who may have been the nicest guy in Texas. He gave me a ride to the office, I picked up my after hours packet, then he showed me where the site was and the easiest way to get there.... Read More

Very quiet at night with playing children noise during the day. Dog park area hard to locate, walked her outside the park. Still though, this is a nice park with large trees and I would absolutely stay again if in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our 33 ft 5th wheel on our way back home from visiting family in St Louis. Largish park (161 spaces) but narrow streets. Also narrow and very oddly shaped pads. Some spots will be a problem for rigs bigger than ours! Our spot was near the propane area which made me kind of nervous (but at least we weren't in one of the sites near the dump site or the dumpster). And our spot was on kind of a slope which made leveling tricky on a gravel site. Lots of good places... Read More

Adequate Wifi for minimal surfing/texting/emailing. NOT good enough to stream movies! Very shady and quiet which was nice.

Similar problem to another reviewer. Requested a pull-through for one night stay but placed in pull-in. Not a problem as we had planned to disconnect towed vehicle for use in area, but if is an issue for you, need to clarify when making reservation. Otherwise, 5 out of 5. Reservation same day by phone. Easy to find with Google maps. If approaching from the west, the office is the SECOND driveway. Guided to site by golf cart and shown hook-ups. Beautiful landscaping. Not crowded. Plenty... Read More

Staff are very helpful and courteous. I arrived on the week end and office was closed but all information and site # was available and phone number to call if there were any problems.
I made our reservations two weeks before our arrival date. I told them we have a 36' Class C and are towing a car. We wanted a pull-through because we were only staying one night and did not want to unhook the car. When we got there, we were told we had been assigned site 136. When the ranger came to guide us to our site, he said the site wasn't long enough. So they put us in an overflow site. We could put out our slideouts and had full hookups, but it wasn't really a site. It was on a narrow... Read More

We have never stayed in a Carefree resort, and maybe we expected too much, but it seems to me that it was more "careless" than "carefree". I'd be very hesitant to stay in another one.

We spent four nights here to attend a couple of Texas Rangers baseball games. About seven miles from the park. The park is close to the mall and theme parks but is situated adjacent to a residential area so is very quiet. Lots of trees for lots of shade. Didn't use the showers but the restrooms are nice. We would stay here again.
Office was closed on a holiday. site was clean as were restroom/shower. Lots of permanent residents, who made us feel welcome. Unusual to find such a facility near a metroplex.
This is a very conveniently located and all around pleasant RV Park. Located close to the Parks Mall and all of the restaurants there yet far enough from the interstate that you do not hear the roar of constant big rigs. Friendly staff and lots of trees.
Very nice park. Laundry and bathrooms were excellent. Great location.
The folks in the office are Super Friendly and will try to accommodate just about anything you want.
