Mostly live ins and full timers, spaces are super close and sand not paved. Lots of trees which is good and bad, hard to keep from scraping the coach, some pretty low, they should trim them. They really should let you know if you are in a 45’ coach…. It’s pretty hard to move around there. We would have liked to stay a couple days to look around but we just were there one night.

We have nothing good to say about this park. There are about 80% of "lifers" here. The only spots left seemed to be the crappy ones. The layout of the sites are patio to patio. We prefer our privacy. The sites are dirt, with sand to TRY to level, but it didn't work. One side of our RV had the tires off the ground. There is absolutely no room for slide outs on the side by the next RV. We had to crawl under to get to our black and gray tanks! There was no water handle so we had to use a screwdriver.... Read More

The roads are so narrow and tight to maneuver in. The park has more of a retirement feel. We will not return to this park for these reasons, and also because it was very far off from the freeway.

This place was awesome!! There is a lake within walking distance that has plenty of fish. There was kayaks for rent too!! They have a massive pavilion for gatherings that includes a grill. There was a pool table in the game room, horse shoes outside, a pool for the kids and overall really nice people. Not to mention the shower house they have is totally perfect. Great water pressure and each shower is it's own personal bathroom that locks! Plus they were super clean. The employees they had were... Read More

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to just relax and enjoy some family time. Just have to get past that sand in between your toes :)

This place has terrible management, very bad repair, many health and safety issues. Absolutely would not recommend. We have stayed many times but the new manager does not manage or oversee the property well. Very disappointed. We all left sick due to the conditions. Wish we could share photos on here.

Stayed one night, Host Camper showed us to our site N2. Very nice individual! Check in excellent, registration packet ready for our arrival. Everyone was pleasant. Mostly long term clients but rules dictate cleanliness. Beautiful view on a lake. About 10 miles off of I-10 but well worth the drive. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great time. Bathrooms clean as well as the grounds. Will come back soon. Friendly staff and people.

Overall, a nice, well-kept park a bit off the beaten track for an overnight stay but peaceful because of that. As mentioned in another review, the roads are a bit narrow. The clubhouse and pool are well maintained. Office staff were accommodating. Our site was a pull through in the middle of seasonal residents. Our main complaint is the design of the sites which we've seen before and don't particularly like: You are patio to patio with your neighbor while the back side of our fifth wheel was next... Our main complaint is the design of the sites which we've seen before and don't particularly like: You are patio to patio with your neighbor while the back side of our fifth wheel was next to the backside of the bus next to us. We have been in parks like this where there was barely enough room to walk between the units on the service side and the slides are nearly touching this one does have room between the units. We just would rather have some privacy on our patio side which you don't get with this type of setup. Still, a nice park with garbage pickup at the site and reasonably priced.

Very nice park! They do a lot of things that make you feel at home like pick up your trash at your site, pick up and drop off your propane and are generally very helpful. PROS: Huge sites Cable Included Decent WiFi Clean Fair price CONS: Park has a strictly enforced 5 MPH speed limit for cars. This doesn't seem to apply to the golf carts and maintenance workers. Don't get me wrong I am all about safety but when you have an old guy pass you on his bicycle it seems counter productive. While on the... Read More

Don't get me wrong I am all about safety but when you have an old guy pass you on his bicycle it seems counter productive. While on the subject of golf carts there are elderly ladies that ride their golf carts as the dog walks along side. I am also good with that but if I have to pick up my dogs Cleveland Steamer then she should too! There is a bus that looks to be 40 years old in the H row that really hurts the parks appeal. It may be the Partridge Family so maybe they could do a show or two. I would definitely go back as we enjoyed our stay.

We just stayed here one night and it was our first time at this park. It was easy to find. We have a 43' Class A and the roads were a tad narrow but no big trees overhead. Our pull-thru spot was nice and wide. We had no issues with hook-ups. The staff was very friendly. We would go back.

Sites are good sized, & reasonably level. Restrooms are clean & well stocked. Roads are paved & in good repair. Garbage pickup at your site is a nice touch. Very pet friendly. Rates are reasonable for the area. Many year round residents & all seem to take great pride in the park & are friendly. Manager & other staff are terrific. Have been coming to this park on & off for about 10 years & have never seen it as good as it is now.

Wonderful park! Everything an rv'er could want. Cable, wifi, beautiful pool. Good size pull through sites. Great bathrooms and laundry on a beautiful lakefront setting with great fishing pier. Very reasonable rates.
