Pros: laundry and bathroom facilities were very clean. Cons: Continual I-95 noise, travelled with another family and we were not given sites together as promised when reservations were made 4 months prior. Most residents (are friendly)are permanently there. Many areas needed maintenance and upkeep, including the pool, broken furniture to sit in. Two star appeal rating is due to too many wandering cats all over. No extra activities at all, if there were any the “visiting campers” were not included. Read More

We stayed at Sonrise Palms RV Park in Cocoa for two days. We had a pull in site and the site was well marked with ample room. The facility was clean and appealing and it's a great location right off I-95. There is a Pilot/Flying J and Sam's Club for discounts on gas one exit from site. A subway, McDonald's that was great and a few local restaurants. The only drawback is that it had a dip all along the paved road and the Hookup site that gathered a lot of water (it was a rainy few days before we... Read More

Previous ratings mentioned the traffic noise from expressway but it wasn't difficult to tune out. Staff was very friendly and there was ample room to walk our dog. Right next to Space Coast too! We would stay again but the muddy issue kept us from giving an all star 5 rating. (maybe some gravel in this dip below the road would be helpful??) Rates were very reasonable.

We reserved a full hookup site for three nights more than two months in advance. Upon arriving we were assigned to the "overflow" area with no sewer. We were told visitors for less than a week get "overflow" but we had dump station privileges, no extra charge. We asked about the rate, as we had paid for full hookups, but were told all sites are the same price, sewer or no sewer. The overflow sites are very narrow. 30" on one side to next trailer and not able to open awning on other side. No place... Read More

The location is convenient, although the noise from 95 requires all windows to be closed and AC to be run at all times.
I did not use the restrooms or the pool, so not able to comment. Feel with full hookup reservation this was breach of contract and deceptive advertising.
I will not come to this park again.

This park is located just off I-95 about 12 miles from Cocoa Beach and about 20 miles from the Kennedy Space Center. It is a nice campground with good facilities. There are paved driveways with grass site pads. Each site has a concrete patio with a picnic table. There is WiFi available for purchase at $2.95 per day. There is also a weekly and monthly rate. We purchased it and it worked well. The bathroom and showers are nice and kept very clean daily. There is a small pool but we didn't... Read More

We had a pull through site with full hookups and 50 amp electric. AT&T 4G signal strength was -110dBm which is a little weak but OK. We paid $45.18 per night with Good Sam discount.

We came into this RV park late one evening after driving all day from Key West....TIRED. Weather was terrible. We were greeted by the most awesome couple (?) who got us signed in and escorted to a overflow park that was additionally exceptional. We will come back. I only regret that I do not have their names to acknowledge. As we remained hooked up, left early the next morning and did not use any facilities - I am not rating those.
