The pictures give the impression of a high class RV resort. This is not the case. If you have a boat and want a place with extended stay and have water access nearby, this is the place for you. If you want a place to stay just for a few days in a large, dry site with a large intact concrete slab, this is not the place to stay. During Florida summers, rain is a constant but in this RV park that means mud and sites with standing water. Many of the concrete slabs are either very small or cracked. Many... Read More

During Florida summers, rain is a constant but in this RV park that means mud and sites with standing water. Many of the concrete slabs are either very small or cracked. Many of the sites are very small and uneven. This RV park is more of a trailer park with many or most sites long-term residents with permanent sheds and buildings built on the sites housing their RV or boat. The dumpsters are in one location at the front of the park so most residents have to drive their trash to the dumpster. The WiFi is very slow when you can log in. We were unable to get the cable to work. We rented a boat so having water access with the dock was very convenient. The staff is very friendly and helpful with easy check in.

I felt like this was a bait and switch situation. The pictures on the internet are of nice level spots with plenty of room, well kept and maintained. The first spot we were assigned was impossible for us to get into, and it was so rocky it would have been close to impossible to level. The space we ended up with was so small we could not even open our slides, and again no where near level. It rained a lot over night, so we woke up and we were parked in a lake that we had to walk through to unhook... Read More

This is a nice place, busy ion the weekends and they have new washers and dryers in the laundry room. Some of the site are very small and will not accommodate a trailer over 20 feet. Most have gravel or grass to park on.

we stayed two and a half months. the staff are pleasant, friendly and very helpful.. the grounds are neat and during the week quiet, pretty busy place starting on Friday- Sunday.. Laundry room is neat and clean the machines work fairly well, however there older and washer doesn't spin out well and dryers don't dry very well for one cycle.. bath house was clean & neat.. the only regret for this place is no dog run, if it had that the place would be great.. we had a site with concert slab, during...
