Arrived to find restrooms & showers shuttered due to Covid, which is not mentioned on their website nor on the phone when I made reservation. Laundry was open. Owner was confrontational when I mentioned that they should have stated their facilities might be closed (like other RV park websites do). He told me to leave the park - get out after just 1 night of my 3 night reservation. I talked him out of that just so I had a place to stay that night, then I left next morning because I didn't feel comfortable.... Read More

He didn't even provide a billing statement, only a credit card receipt for the total amount, without breakdown of nightly rate or taxes. I asked for one and he got confrontation about that too. I noticed that a lot of workers stay here and you hear it at 5am when they start their trucks to leave for work. Not a park will return to.

first morning in this park. we are up at 5am some one warming up there truck to go to work. every light on the truck on.!! filling our bed room window. at least half or more of this park are people who live here. very tight spaces and trees in spaces are going to make it a night mare to get out. as in other reviews there are some premium sites 1-8 that would be much better. it is still a one way out and the turns are going to be hard to make for bigger rigs. laundry , pool , spa, office and rest... We stay at the park every time we go to Albuquerque, since it is the best location for our visit. It is a well-maintained older park. We have a 38' 5th wheel and it fills any space we have been given. Parking is along side and we have been rather squished a couple of times. The spots are paved and relatively level and all have tables. The sites are fairly close together and the roads are a bit tight, but we have been able to make the turns each time. The wifi was poor to none for 3 of the 4 days we were in the park.

All I can say is not very kid friendly!
We recently spent 4 nights at this park and really enjoyed it. We had a nice pull-through spot that was paved, level and shaded. The area is quiet. We had great WiFi (among the best we've experienced traveling), and cable TV. We did not take advantage of the pool or spa, nor did we need their restrooms or laundry, so cannot comment on that.
This is one of the nicest RV parks I have ever been to. One of the things that stands out is that the owner and workers are on top of everything. For example, I had a lot of Amazon packages, so they brought them to my site. I requested service on something and within a half an hour it was done. Rates are very very good (no charge for electric). I also had a personal problem come up, and the staff could not have been better! And the staff makes sure that even your site is kept up to appropriate... Read More

There is also a Walmart almost next door, as well as a shopping center across the street. I would highly highly recommend this Park.

Great RV park close to Wal-Mart and Santa Ana Casino. Its a bit tricky to get to if you don't know the area, but if you take the road that goes next to the Wal-mart and turn left behind the McDonald's then you have it made. The spacesare a little tight but not too bad. WE have a 33 foot travel trailer and had enough room to get out. Nice quiet area and close to so many things. You can even Uber to the casino if you want to. The staff is very friendly.
We have stayed before, so that tells you a lot. Kids enjoyed the pool. On one review it mentioned the facility is hard to get to. If you just turn at the stoplight, there is a short road between the wall-mart and the drive to get back to the park. We all walked to the wallmart to get a few things. The restrooms were clean, did not use the showers out trailer has one. The employees and other people at the park were all nice. No problems. One review mentioned trees and tight spaces. One review mentioned trees and tight spaces. The spaces were a little tight, there are plenty of big rigs there. The tree we had was nice, it shaded the picnic table and we had breakfast and supper outside. Enjoyed! and will stay again.

This is NOT a big rig friendly park as advertised. The park is clean and concrete with nice shrubbery all around, but the roads are way too tight to accommodate large rigs with or without toads. There are large trees placed on corners that make it extremely difficult to navigate the roads in the park. There were only a few sites that would accommodate larger rigs. The pull-though site we were given was so tight we had to back out to exit the park and there a number of other larger rigs placed... Read More

The pull-though site we were given was so tight we had to back out to exit the park and there a number of other larger rigs placed in sites that were clearly too tight. They clearly did not design this park with larger rigs in mind.
If you are driving anything longer that 40 feet, you should approach this park with caution.

Nice clean quiet park friendly folks. Great view out my window of the Sandia mountain. No restroom rating because I didn't use their facilities. I'm going to stay here again!!
The RV Park was very nice, clean and well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Most of the sites have either real grass or artificial turf and some had trees. We had a nice view of the Sandia Mountains and a nice tree surrounded by grass. The entire park is pull troughs with easy access and hook ups. The location was excellent with a variety of stores near by. It is easy to find once you know where it is located, however if you are coming here for the first time it is easy to miss... Read More

We will definitely stay there again when we travel through the Albuquerque area.

The grounds, facilities, and pool were all clean. The washer and dryers were a bit expensive, but the site is near a commercial place. The staff were very friendly and able to help us find local attractions and restaurants.
Urban park with tight sites. Good Sam directions don't work but the park staff will give you good directions when you call them. Internet is ok, TV good. Spaces seems cramped together in some areas like ours, bit other sites had plenty of room. Dog walk area didn't seem safe to me so we broke park rules and walked our pup around the site.
Biggest issue is locating the park - at traffic lights you have to turn left then need to go left again to parallel main road to find access road. Good Sam directions are not helpful - according to local police we were one of thousands that take the wrong road ( left at lights only ) and end up in an awkward turn around. The officer flagged us down which made it easier before we got stuck ! Park staff are friendly but it is now in an urban area with a mall being built close by . Bathrooms can be... Read More

Bathrooms can be a walk if you are at end of park. Useful stop over either for shopping base or en route somewhere , not a park you would use for a get away from it vacation. We had a pull through - just enough room , cable TV was included but we did not try. Bathrooms older but clean and good.
