Good park overall. Lots of stuff to do for kids. Short walk to Russian River with parking lot nearby. All sites had fire ring and table. Game Room and small park for small kids. Movie night was great. Had a place to fill all tubes prior to going to the river. VERY PRICEY for little amenities. You are paying for the location for sure. Very close to wineries (only 2 miles to Korbel). BONUS that there was a local restaurant next to the main office.
We stayed 3 nights in early April when it was not very busy and it was great. However we can imagine it being very busy in the summer with families and groups. The RV spots are adequate, especially the ones above the river with spot numbers that start with R. We had R-7 which was a very nice and big spot for our car and class A homer. The River access "beach" is wonderful and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This is a great central location for touring around the Russian River wineries... Read More

There is not a lot of other RV parks in the area and we would recommend this park. Beautiful area to visit for several days.

During our stay, the internet service was non-existent. The cable service was so-so, and there are no off air digital channels. The campground states that it is 'big-rig' friendly, but be aware that the sites are tightly spaced and that pulling a 40' fifth wheeler in will require VERY good driving skills. Not a park for seniors passing through. This park is great for families.
showed up around 2pm and no one in office but had note with directions to my spot, R-7. Seemed ok initially. Noticed dump station right next to the grass and fire pit area. Also had sand bags on top of what turned out to be access holes/vents to the dump station tank. Out all day next day then had cook out and fire. Around 7pm heard a gurgling and shortly after was a foul sewer smell. At check out next day no one in office to make complaint. Website looks nice and probably one of the empty... Read More

Website looks nice and probably one of the empty spaces away from the dump station would have been better but for some reason they put us there by the stench and I wasn't smart enough to ask to be changed. Looks like has potential but my experience was poor and staff should have been aware of this reserving my space.
