Clean and in great condition. Staff was helpful and not intrusive. Bathrooms were in perfect and new condition. Spaces were a little small width wise so no picnic tables. Security gates at both entrance and exits. Security patrolled by vehicle and bike. One night we heard a knock on the door. There were two bike patrol security officers that stopped by to tell us the parking lights were left on a vehicle. How awesome was that! Highly recommended!
My family and I stopped here for a couple of nights on our trek across America. The first thing I noticed was the number of full time residents. All of the shade lots around the southern edge of the park were occupied by what appeared to be people living there long term. There were many other rigs that looked like they couldn’t leave if they had to. The bathrooms are private but were not clean when we arrived. There were several residents walking around looking through sites that appeared to... Read More

There were several residents walking around looking through sites that appeared to be on drugs. There was a near constant smell of marijuana in the air. The pool was ok but covered with leaves in and around it and the bathrooms at the pool were very filthy. On our second night there, the resident in the site right next to us appeared to have a mental breakdown. His wife, who was obviously high on Meth, was screaming and eventually someone called security. That’s when everything deteriorated. The man was cursing out security at 2am, slamming doors, yelling at the top of his lungs. Finally the police were called and they arrived with 4 patrol cars with lights flashing. They put the man in cuffs but finally decided to let him go. Once the police left, the man started his truck, backed into his 5th wheel at 5mph, missed the kingpin, knocked his rig off the blocks, and began swearing for the whole park to hear. Fast forward 2 hours and he finally pulls out of the park at 5am, just in time for us to get the hell out of there and never go back. Go anywhere else, you’ll thank me later

This campground is very far from the resort they claim to be. The sites are concrete but narrow, there are many permanent campers with various amounts of junk piled around them, and the pool was dirty and uncared for. Our cable box did not work. The maintenance man said he had checked it and it was fine, had to be our line. But when we plugged into the empty site next door it worked fine. The dog run was very small and dirty. Don’t waste your money.
This appears to be an up scale park from the outside, but where we were put in the park, we were surrounded by old run down RVs that did not meet there stated guidelines of "must be a late model well maintained RV." Made us a little uncomfortable to be surrounded by old poorly maintained & cluttered sites, that felt a little like being in a run down neighborhood. The park states that there are no long term rentals allowed, but clearly some of the RV's in the park have been there for months, if... Read More

If you are looking for a park that you would be comfortable letting your children be in the park, outside alone, this is not the place to stay.
The rules that are stated in their Park Rules, they clearly do NOT enforce.
Be prepared to deal with a large number of feral cats.

I stayed here for a week. It is not close to the strip, but a casino with restaurants are on site. The sites are close together and almost no shade, but the they have concrete pads. Unfortunately it was very hot when I was there, and even though the park was just half full, voltage would drop so low in the middle of the day, my AC would not run at times. The bathhouses are nice, but could use some minor maintenance.
No security issues as stated in other reviews. Frequently saw bicycle security in park. Clean. Short walk to inexpensive dining. A little more expensive than nearby facilities. Would stay again.
This is a large campground on a main road next door to a casino. It's very professionally laid out. The interior roads are paved and plenty wide for maneuvering large RVs. The sites are wide enough and the pads are paved. Each site is identical, very commercial and impersonal. But the staff was nice and the park spotless. The baths had key code locks and were clean and new looking. The price is good, naturally they want you to go to the casino. We would stay here again.
