The pluses here are the best restrooms in the camping universe, very friendly hosts, quiet, with good wifi, cable, and decent tasting water. Most of the sites have some shade, and actual grass between sites. However, many sites, the RV is in the sun for most of the day. And this is the desert. It is also a little dustier than many other places (think this is common in this area), and a little farther out of town than I would prefer (5 miles). We would stay here again, though if for more than a couple days, might spring for one of the more expensive camps in town with a pool.

We've been here for 3 weeks and after driving around Moab and seeing most of the other RV Parks, I think we found the best RV Park in Moab. We have a wide, shaded and level site with full hookups including cable TV. I work full time from my motorhome and depend on a reliable Internet connection. This is the first park we've stayed at in five years with a reliable wifi connection that allows me to get my work done. It works all the time! I usually have to depend on my AT&T hotspot, but I haven't... Read More

I usually have to depend on my AT&T hotspot, but I haven't needed to do that as long as we've been here. The park is located in a nice quiet farming community. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and the price is very reasonable. The park has been remodeled recently. The interior of the buildings look new and there is nice landscaping with lots of shaded grassy areas. The bathrooms are nice and clean with private shower areas. I can't say enough good things about this place, we really like it. We will stay here again and we recommend it to anyone staying in Moab.

Nice little RV Park. We got the PA rate. Owners very friendly when we checked in. We asked for a quiet site and they put us at the back with no one next to us on either side. Nice. Far enough away from the highway that noise is not an issue. (Most RV parks in Moab are right on the highway.) Few large trees, but, hey, it's the desert and it was green enough to feel pleasant. Close to Arches and Canyonlands. Restrooms were clean and adequate. We would stay here again.
This park is outside of Moab near Spanish Valley. It is not too busy being away from Moab the park is quiet, owners were very friendly. We stayed on the outside near the Arena and it was very nice. Some people said the park was dusty because it has dirt roads, "Camping" dust is part of camping. It was not that dusty, there are shade trees which is a must for Moab.
Very friendly staff. We had a pull through and had ample room. Pet walking area through fence by arena. Far enough from main highway so little road noise. Close to town and Arches National Park. Would stay again.
