Excellent place, easily among the top 5 we've stayed at nationwide. Roads are paved and signage is clearly displayed throughout. Our site was gravel, level, well-maintained with good drainage for the rain we experienced. We stayed for about a week with a 31 foot fifth wheel. From making the reservation to any assistance we needed during our stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our site was very easy to find and easy to back into. There's plenty of room to swing a large camper into a spot off the road. Bathrooms were very clean. Very well maintained with large sites and plenty of distance between rigs. We only got to stay 2 nights but would have loved to stay longer. We were there in off season and our section was vacant which made for a nice quiet rest.

This was our Maiden voyage for our camper. If the Southwoods facility and the folks that run it are representative of this community, I think we are in good hands. The grounds were exceptionally well kept. It was very obvious that they cared a great deal about their facility and the people staying there. Thank You all. When we come back to that neck of the woods we will definitely stay there.

Campground personnel were very nice! Amazing pools and lots of play areas for the kids were great. Very nice and clean facilities. First time here, but definitely not our last.

Pretty campground. Nice hosts. Although this campground opens 1 May, there was no hot water in all facilities.

I was delighted to see that they sold hand dipped ice cream cones at the store. Nearby are two side by-side-pools. While we were there one was used primarily by families with children and the other by adults. The playground is spread out and contains unique equipment. There is also a game room, mini golf, basketball, and propane. In another part of this beautiful, friendly and immaculate park is a second playground with sand volleyball and horseshoes. Permanent, water and electric , full hook-up and group/rally sites are available and there are also rental units. The WIFI works well. Full hook-up sites have cable TV.

Wonderful campground. Huge playground if you have children (ours are grown) they can be viewed from most sites. There's lots of room to exercise your pets too. Staff and full timers are very friendly and helpful with information about local services and the best routes to use. We will definitely stop in again when in the area.

I have always LOVED this campground - it brings back many memories of my visits there when my brother was a seasonal camper. Staff are very courteous and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. The grounds and amenities (pool and miniature golf) are well maintained perfectly, restrooms are clean and the campsites are spacious. Cannot say one bad thing about this campground

This is one of the BEST parks we have ever stayed in. The sites are big, the park is clean and beautiful, the power is fantastic, the wifi is great, the staff is smiling and friendly... Can't say a bad thing. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Book early as they fill up quick.

The person who registered my in was extremely nice and helpful. I can find nothing negative to say about this campground. Keep up the good work at this park and you will provide a very happy camper atmosphere. ..
