We stayed when they weren't really open for the season, so it was very quiet and peaceful.. beautiful stamped concert patios & very nice table to use, the fire pit is away from your rig so no worries about sparks flying [allot of parks i think the fire pits/rings are just to close to the RV's] lot sizes are really nice, you don't feel like you'd be on top of each other.. the owners are very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.. allot for kids to do with play areas.....
