They do not honor their booked reservations! We drove 9 hours and they had someone else in the site. We paid for a pull through full hook up. They finally found a back in site without full hook up. They gave us that spot and still charged us full price. The customer that came in after us is having the same issue. Bait and switch plus double book spots! We will not be back.
We decided to camp here because it had a water park with the lazy river, splash pad, slide and a pool. When they took us to our spot the grass was over knee deep and yes its been raining but, this hadn't been mowed in a while. The grass around the water/electric hook up was as tall as it was. Thankfully, we mentioned it to the guy that showed us our site and he was nice enough to mow it and weed eat it. This guy was the nicest guy at the park... We only went to the water area once and it was a mess!!! Pain is peeling, water was filthy with dirt and floating stuff and there were weeds and mildew everywhere. It was obvious that it had not been kept up over the years. The playground also was a mess and all around the office area near the pool was filthy dirty. When I walked down the slope into the pool with my grand daughter, I almost slipped down from the slime in the bottom of that area. We went to the store on different occasions and it was hit or miss with the staff as far as their friendliness. We RV quite often and hate that this was our experience at this park.We only went because it was our daughter's families first time using their new camper and we went together. We have never camped at a place that had so few campers at it especially since Covid which should be a sign... What a shame because, this place could be awesome... Also, we saw four gators up close and personal in their two ponds... I know it's Florida but, they were pretty friendly so, watch your small children and dogs.

Great overnight stay in one of their big rig sites. Enjoyed the lazy river!
Our biggest disappointment was the dirty restrooms and showers. Poor wifi and no cable TV. Staff was not very attentive. Overpriced considering the lack of effort by the staff. Facility itself, if proper attention was paid, would have been above average.
This park has everything you would expect a Yogi Bear park to have. Close to 100 sites, plus tent sites and cabins. There are pools, beaches, a lazy river, putt-putt golf, fish and release ponds, trampolines and more. They have a basic camp store and an arcade. Check in was fast and friendly. The roads into and inside the park are easy to navigate, at least the ones we were on. There is some road noise but not as bad as we expected. The park is well maintained. It was not busy while we were here. We were in Site 3, a gravel and grass pull through that was level and had full hook-ups, no issues and 50 amp electric. It was plenty long enough for our 37-foot Class A, tow-dolly and parking the car. It was about average width. The laundry room and bathrooms were clean. WiFi was good and Verizon signal was strong. There is a fenced dog park and plenty of places to walk the dog. We stayed December 21 - 24, 2017 and paid $30.30 a night with our Passport America discount

Do not overlook this park because of the water park. They have a separate area for overnight stays. They have long pull thrus.
Went there for grandsons. Water park out of order. I was told only happened day before but then heard from others down for several days. I asked about cost since no water park. Was told no reduction. Cabins had blue tarps on roofs. Staff very misleading about amenities. Said lake open late but they closed at 5. Life guards would just walk off and be gone 10-15 minutes. Cigarette butts in grills. Litter all around the sites. Grandsons liked the water in lake but got bored. Putt putt course REALLY... Read More

Grandsons liked the water in lake but got bored. Putt putt course REALLY needed some attention. Gravel covered the surfaces to putt on. Wrinkles in the carpet so no chance for legitimate putt.

We stopped on our way to Texas . Perfect location off highway. HUGH sites, easy in and out of park. Everything here was about space. Pool and water features were spread out, the park has a large natural area with bike and walking paths thru lakes and wildlife. Nice Mini golf course. Bring bug spray, black flys are a issue...
No WIFI. No Cable. $55 including Good Sam. We have no children and we're only staying one night. Perhaps our view is skewed. We at least got 50 Amp and water.
Only 1 restroom open by us and the shower has a big crack in floor. Did have good hot water but low water pressure. The lazy river was dirty, slide wasn't open. Decided to take grand babies to play games and everything was out of order. Went into store for souvenir's and icee's store was to hot and the ice machine couldn't work properly. Kids picked out stuff and we couldn't find anybody there to ring us up. One man went behind counter and saw a girl on the phone and said it sounded like she was... Read More

One man went behind counter and saw a girl on the phone and said it sounded like she was getting off so we waited, went outside to see if worker was there, nothing. After about 20-30 minutes went got the girl off the phone in registration and she checked us out. She was very apologetic and had no idea where the girl was that was suppose to be watching the store. They charged us full price for staying there even though everything was not working. Could have paid a third of price since the pool was the only thing clean. Very disappointed.

Your typical Yogi campground with the addition of a tall water slide and large pool. Our site was a level pull through on dirt with FHU. WIFI was poor. This is a great park for families with children as there are activities all day. For fulltimers it's OK for a short stay. There were sites that did not have caps on the sewer connection which is a no-no. It is close to interstate 10 so there is minor road noise. There were sites that did not have caps on the sewer connection which is a no-no. It is close to interstate 10 so there is minor road noise. Unfortunately there was more noise coming from the numerous ATV's being driven around the park all day and night. There are signs all around indicating ATV's must only be driven on the ATV trails but young children, without helmets I might add, were being allowed to drive them all around the park with other kids hanging on. It's a Passport America park so rates are good.if you are a PPA member.

Good for a night off season close to interstate, some road noise. Long level pull through FHU on crushed asphalt in open field. WIFI not really usable. Good value using Passport America. Looks like a great place for kids during the season
This place is absolutely incredible, and the staff is first class. We are in the off-season, so there were no water activities open (it's way too cold!), but that didn't stop my 6 year old daughter's fun!! The park itself is in great shape, I was not sure about the gravel site, but I can tell you I did not have to level our rig even the tiniest bit - site was completely level! I am not sure as to why this park doesn't have 10's across the board, and 5 star reviews abound. There were 4 inflatable... Read More

I am not sure as to why this park doesn't have 10's across the board, and 5 star reviews abound. There were 4 inflatable bounce houses, and an inflatable jump pad that clearly weren't being used since it was off-season. Not only did staff tell us on our first day that we could turn them on and use them, but they went above and beyond to have them inflated the 2nd day and going forward, all for ONE child - that is amazing!! The playground is great, TONS of walking trails, mini golf, a company close by that will rent golf carts and DELIVER them (there are 20 miles of walking trails!)...their store is very well stocked. This park, to me, is the epitome of a "camp" atmosphere - fun, brings you back to nature, but with all modern conveniences. Bathrooms were super clean, and big - I'm trying not to leave anything out - oh - video games, gen mining, it's got it all!!
