We've stayed here several times this year. Under new management it continues to get better and better. Michele in the front office is an expert at customer service and really knows how to take care of guests. I couldn't quite fit in the first site we picked. Michele was instrumental in helping us switch sites. The one we got was perfect for us, I wont tell you which one because we want it next year. Crystal the manager is also very accommodating. I went out this morning to scope out our favorite sites for next year. My granddaughter loves the bouncy pad, the pool and strolls down to the river. This will be the place to go in 2023. While I gave it four stars I expect with the new management in place their first full season next year will be a great one and I will be leaving a five start. They've already done a great job making improvements.

We stayed here on our way to visit family in Indiana. Minor issue with neighboring camper parking his car on our site...easily fixed. We'd reserved a site toward the back of the campground by the river, away from the hub-bub of the pool, playground, traffic, noise. Peaceful, calm, lovely. We decided to book an extra night on our way back through coming home. That experience was NOT at ALL like the first stay. We'd reserved a site toward the back of the campground by the river, away from the hub-bub of the pool, playground, traffic, noise. Peaceful, calm, lovely. We decided to book an extra night on our way back through coming home. That experience was NOT at ALL like the first stay. Our site was apparently where the employees lived and we were between dueling, very loud parties. The obnoxious music was so loud that husband and I couldn't even hear each other 3 feet apart to set up camp, no exaggeration. We were exhausted after a long day of driving. The parties were maybe about 150 feet apart and they were yelling to each other over the loud music. Their street-urchin, banshee children were all over the place and their dogs were not on leash. One of the children, I would guess he was about 4, wearing nothing but a diaper, was splashing and loudly plaing in a deep, dirty road puddle right outside our camper. It also appeared to me that one sweaty, big-bellied gentleman was passed out in a lawn chair holding a beer. Employees were riding around monitoring the park and delivering campfire wood, but never once addressed the disruption of these two parties. I could see other guests visibly beyond annoyed at these rude partiers and I quickly had had enough and called the office ...no answer so I left an angry message. The party closest to us did eventually turn their music down a LITTLE, but not enough for us to enjoy a peaceful evening after a long day of driving...we ended up being driven inside our camper. At TWO in the morning, we were woken up by these people from noise and bright lights shining into our camper. I called the office again and left another message, LIVID. I have yet to even hear a response of any kind from them. The new owners of this pretty campground are sinking a LOT of money into this place and I'm sure they aren't appreciative of their employees driving business away with their off the clock conduct disturbing the paying guests. I will not be back and I encourage others to avoid it as long as the current employee occupancy remains. With a neon "OPEN" sign, no less.

Park lawns were long and shaggy, no cable in our section. But didn't tell us at check in. Offered for us to move after we had already set up. Ugh !"It was the cable companies fault". Wifi fair at best. Sites and rows are poorly marked. Roads mostly dirt and narrow. Could be nicer with some updating and attention to the details. This was a one night stop over for us on the way home. Perhaps being close to New York is important to most guests, but not us. Sorry I won't be back.
