Stayed here for three nights in a Class A motorhome. No issues with the power, make sure you have a pressure regulator for the water - the pressure at the site was close to 80 psi. Downside was the site was just enough out of level that our leveling jacks couldn't level our motorhome. The WiFi is better than most parks, getting a solid 5 Mbps up/down. Cable isn't the best quality picture, but lots of OTA channels available on the antenna. It appears there are a lot of amenities and things to do... Read More

Not sure how this place is a 10/10/10 When we arrived, my wife tried to use one of bathrooms while I checked us in. My wife stated the bathroom was "disgusting". Truck stop bathrooms were cleaner. We parked at slot #1 for two nights. Electric , water , sewage connections were in good shape. We did get ants coming up the power cord. If we didn't catch it...would of been a infestation. We parked at slot #1 for two nights. Electric , water , sewage connections were in good shape. We did get ants coming up the power cord. If we didn't catch it...would of been a infestation.
We moved to another spot for the rest of the stay and things got terrible. I got lazy, didnt use my meter, plugged in my watch guard surge protector. One pole was flickering but lights were ok. When I hooked power to 5th wheel, we were getting 225v at outlets and my surge protector "fried"
Maintenance guys came by and changed breaker while I drove 30 minutes each way to pick up a new surge protector. I bought the $429 south wire with full protection.
When I got back to RV park and plugged it in, surge protector faulted and would not pass power. Head maintenance guy was a arguementive piece of work. His reasoning why power should be fine included "last person didn't have any problems" "I've been here 5 years and never used a surge protector on my trailer"....you get the point.
I did test the poles near me and found 2 inline spots to have 35v on ground, open neutrals. Despite Maintenance guys saying there was no issues with power. They were working on sites I pointed put for over an hour.
Bottom line is a EMS protector would not connect due to open neutral and fluke 325 meter was getting voltage over neutral AND I had to argue with Maintenance guy.
I spent over $400 , $700 including my watchguard that fried and wasted a full day to move 100 ft to a different spot. I'm thankful that no appliances were damaged inside of trailer.

I use this campground as a stop on my way to Florida from Pennsylvania. It is a well managed resort with great roads and access to the sites right off of I95. Easy in and out, they keep you on file when you stay and have a courteous staff that treats you well and makes it a breeze to book a stay. Contact-less check in makes it easy and no BS for a quick in and out. They have excellent maintained facilities and live up to everything that you would expect from a Good Sam Park. Just wanted to add that, the website says that the sites are 70' or larger ( and some are), they will not allow you to stay if you are pulling 20' trailer. To the best of my knowledge, the longest (legal) motorhome or trailer can be is 45'. So, it seems to me, the website claim is misleading. Otherwise, the campground is great and we enjoyed our stay w/o our trailer.
We only stayed one night so didn't get to enjoy the amenities. There are two swimming pools, hot tub, pickleball courts, mini golf, dog area, laundry etc., This place is very clean, sites are large (most are 70 feet long, plenty of space between your neighbors), Wi-Fi worked great for us. We couldn't get the Cable tv to work but that was probably the operator error and we don't watch tv anyway so no issue there. The only negative (and this is not park's fault but it's location. Dislikes: we were unable to pre-select our site no camp store or firewood for sale (since we posted a review on google, we learned they do have a store at the office, we didn't see anyone when we checked in, nor did they return calls) we could hear some road noise we were a little too close to the trash bin and wish we had some shade.
Tip: Ronnie's Country Store is only a 1/4 mile away and they sell firewood.

Called 2 day ahead for reservations and due to the no contact check in ,did not meet the host. Arrived and the packet was ready , went to the site and called to let them know we were there. Great park , quite and roomy , well maintained. Everyone we talked to were super friendly. Really loved the spacious sites. Did not get to review the office or showers, so I can not rate them
We stayed three nights and found the facility very clean and well kept. The sites were large enough and easy to negotiate. Some of the amenities were closed due to the virus but this would be a great place to spend a vacation or just stop on the way through.
Very nice RV park with lots of amenities. Good for short term stay, 3 or 4 days. If you fulltime and want to stay a while you'll pay a premium price. This area is my home base for Drs, car reg, dentist, etc so i stay about 6 weeks in the spring and summer. Each year the rate increases and there are few campgrounds in this area. This year i was charged over $1900.00 to stay 6 weeks. There is no fixed weekly rate and only a few monthly sites that are always full. No refunds once you pay.
We stayed here for three nights, but would loved to stay longer. We were traveling from Asheville to Richmond VA and decided to spend a couple of days in the Raleigh/Durham area. We highly recommend this park. Very good pricing, clean, well maintained, and large pull through sites with plenty of room between each site. The two pools onsite were awesome. It is apparent renovations of the place has recently been completed.
Wow! Amazing they can provide everything for the price we paid. Two pools, hottub, 3 dog runs, free breakfast Sat and Sun, Happyhour Sat for adults, Kareoke Sat night, and free mini golf, pickleball, billiards, corn hole and ping-pong. We had two families with 5 kids from 8-14 and they had an amazing time. Only statyed 2 nights as it was a stop on a 3 week camping trip for us, but regret not staying longer. A "5 Star" rating on facilities is not high enough. Will definitely be back when we... Read More

When we finally got there, we were very happy with the park and our site. Because of a license renewal problem on the new fifth wheel, we had to stay there for about 3 weeks. They had no problem with us having mail and packages sent to the office. Because we didn't know how long we were going to be there, we renewed our site several times. They always calculated whether we had been there long enough for an additional discount. I cannot recommend this park strongly enough. Wonderful people, nice park, great dog runs, well kept sites even with many long term people and nice laundry facilities. Had a brand new camper, so we never used the shower facilities. We ended up spending 3 weeks here and couldn't have been happier with a RV park. Thanks, guys!!

Good park with a lot of new landscaping, which means not a lot of shade right now. New Rally building is in process. Nice pools, one intended for adults and the other for families with kids. Bath/Shower rooms are individual and very clean. Sites and roads are gravel with about 20' to 25' between rigs. Plenty of space to walk your dog. What a great campground!!! We had an absolute blast here. We only stayed one night during the July 4th weekend and wished we could have stayed longer. Everyone we spoke with were so friendly, staff and other guests. They had a band playing that was so good!! People were dancing and singing along with them. Truly a great experience. We will definitely stay again and looking forward to it. The only thing is in the pictures it showed beautiful trees and paved roads. Those were not there!
nice place were coming back in July everything was exceptional. recommend this for any camper, 32 station tv, great wifi needs more shade but everything else was great. They have specials activities on holidays, waffles wed thr sun memorial day bq dinner with drink. Hot dogs and burgers provided for the holdiays.
From the moment of checking in to leaving on our last day this campground lived up to all the reviews. The staff was very organized at check-in, including a document with site information, rules, cable channels, wi-fi info, etc. Then an escort to the site. Everyone was friendly, the park was clean, and we couldn't believe how clean and nice the bathrooms/showers were. We will be back soon.
Nice lots, clean, good location.

Where do I begin? Immaculate will groomed sites With lots of room in between.Great amenities including two pools, billiards, fitness center, pickle ball, minigolf, free waffles on Wednesday through Sunday's, free movie nite Friday's.. Restrooms were renovated and immaculate. Staff courteous. Everything was about the perfect place I've ever been. There was no place in the area around it that comes close. Believe me. We check them out.
Very clean, many amenities , quiet. We would stay there again.
Love this campground! Stop here for an overnight. Wish we could stay longer. Staff was very friendly. Very Clean and nice pull thru. The dog parks were great. Will be staying here again.
Tv reception is terrible. Can't get on WIFI at night.
Very nice RV park with super-friendly staff. Facilities are all extremely clean and brand new. Beautiful pool area, great workout facility. Extra nice touch is the free waffle breakfast every morning. There are three RV parks in the vicinity of this exit off of I-95 and this appears to be the nicest. Sole downside is that roadways and sites are gravel but that was relatively minor. Would definitely stay here again!
Very nice, staff above and beyond, we decided to make Raleigh Oaks not only a stop over but one of our future destination camps
This is a very nice campground. We had a little trouble leveling, but not too much. All of the sites are large and gravel. There's a nice table and firepit on the grass between your site and the one next to you. The pool is unheated and it was cold so we didn't go swimming, but it felt good to relax in the hot tub. There's miniature golf and a tennis/badminton court. The fenced in dog park is large enough for any size dog to run around and have fun. Wednesday through Sunday there are free... Read More

The laundry (wash $2, dry 50> for 15 minutes) is large enough, but there are no chairs in there, so I went to the "Rally Room" while my clothes were going. The Rally Room has comfortable chairs along one wall and tables and chairs in the middle. There are jigsaw puzzles in there, or you can sit back with a good book until your laundry is done. There are also a billiards room and a fitness room. The staff keeps all of them clean. The company that owns this resort also owns eight others. We enjoyed our stay here so much that we'll look for the others while we travel around the country.

New ownership and recent Major renovations have been done to this campground. Just off I95, We were really pleased with the friendly service. Very clean and "New" feeling. Large drive through site with easy to connect utilities. Thanks for having a nice dog park.
Beautiful, the nicest team i ever met RVing, they couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Will certainally be back again. Thanks for everything.
One of the best laid out RV parks on the East coast,
Very well kept campground, it's beautiful and set in a small town. We stayed here for a few months. The folks here are helpful and extremely nice! I would recommend anyone to stop on by here.
Excellent! The park, the staff and the condition of the park are all 10's! The staff is invested in making your stay pleasant. The included waffle breakfast is a nice touch Wednesday through Sunday.
There was no problem making a reservation a half hour before arriving. The staff couldn't have been any more helpful. We were escorted to our pull thru site and all questions were answered positively. We used the pool and hot tub that evening after a full day of traveling. If we start doing this RV thing - this will be our first stop going south on trips.
