Pictures look great but....other than the area surrounding the store, there are NO amenities except water and electric. They annexed land around them for more camping spots and the only way to empty trash is to do a 1/4 mile walk along a main road to the main area and store. If you'd like to use their bathhouse, it's the same story. Can't wait to leave in the morning.
Website said that this campground was geared toward stopovers when traveling which was exactly what we wanted, a place to rest for one night. Called that morning and were given a choice of water and electric only or one with sewer also. Since we were stopping for one night, took the water and electric, leaving the sewer for someone else who needed it. Woman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She said that since we were arriving after hours, our receipt, map and info would be left outside... Read More

She said that since we were arriving after hours, our receipt, map and info would be left outside the office. When we arrived, everything was there waiting for us. However, when we got to our site (#3, a nice pull thru site), someone was in it. Called the phone # for after hrs where a gentleman apologized repeatedly that he had given our site away and did work with us to get an empty site. The new site was a tight back in with a drop and several trees (#14). It was a little difficult getting our 30’ travel trailer into that spot where our initial spot would have been so much easier. Would probably stop there again for a single night stop but think they should work on their communication.

when we arrived we already knew about the site's shortcomings, specifically no septic or dumpsite (although we were allowed to use a site with one under repair). the problem was where they put us. we thought we were in the correct location due to picnic table locations and how they told us where to park. 3 days later, we returned to our site after a day of sight seeing and found our power, water and cable lines disconnected. apparently we were in the wrong spot and another rv was arriving. we were... I think that is terrible service for a site that is stamped by good sam.

Campground was noisy. Site was a stone throw from the main road. We were only offered a water/electric site. We were not told that there was no dump station. WIFI did not work because it was too slow and kept timing out. One shower was out of order. A deposit was required for cable box that did not work. Office was closed when we tried to return it. When we got ready to leave/check out, the office was still closed and we had to wait until it opened to get deposit back. A worker cleaning restroom... Read More

A worker cleaning restroom told us to go up the road to full hookup sites and use that to empty our tanks. (We were not offered a full hookup site when we checked in.)
I would not recommend this campground to anyone and find it hard to believe that Good Sam approved it for one of their parks.

This campground can best be described as a truck stop with water & electric. We called ahead and were given site 3, which had water & electric, no sewer. There is no dump station. When we arrived, we were directed to site 3, which is basically part of the road. We were right on top of the busy roadway, and if we had pulled any more forward would have been blocking the exit road from the campground. Not quiet, not comfortable, just a truck stop with water & electric....
The site was so small that we had to park on top of a tree just so we could put the slide out. The noise in the park was so loud that we did not sleep all night.
We're traveling and called two weeks ahead for a two night stay and were told they don't take reservations but would be no problem for full hookup site and would be able to choose a site upon arrival. Called the day before as instructed and were told the same thing. Upon arrival they did not have a full hookup site for us and placed us on a small site right by the main road Route 11 which only had water and electric. When we checked out we had to drive 200 yards to an empty campsite with a sewer... Read More

Probably would not stay again unless we could choose and reserve a site away from the road in advance.

The park was very nice.. Very helpful staff.. Could not get our Dish to come in and could get o phone service without paying roaming fees... Nice place to stay for a few days.. Close to gas station and Dollar General...
No dumb services. We had called ahead for availability, we were not told there were no dump services available. If he had told us we would have looked elsewhere. The access roads were hilly and muddy. Otherwise a quiet site.
