This park is great for kids although we dont have any other than our puppy and we had a really nice Thanksgiving. The staff is very kind. In under a mile walking on the closed old train tracks we made it to Manresa State Beach and enjoyed the afternoons there. The store at the park had a toothbrush waiting for me as I forgot mine and Olive Oil for our cooking. We left late due to failure with our slideout retracting. This park is great for kids although we dont have any other than our puppy and we had a really nice Thanksgiving. The staff is very kind. In under a mile walking on the closed old train tracks we made it to Manresa State Beach and enjoyed the afternoons there. The store at the park had a toothbrush waiting for me as I forgot mine and Olive Oil for our cooking. We left late due to failure with our slideout retracting. Thankfully was able to get it to operate after phone calls and emails with our Salesman. The staff told us not to worry about the late exit and I appreciate their kindness. Obviously the wifi worked for us at the farthest distance where we were located from the antenna. We look forward to coming back to this park.

Not really impressed with this KOA, it is made for a kids play land. Bathrooms were open bay somewhat clean with 2 toilets, 2 urinals, 6 private showers, 4 sinks. Pull in wide sites with gravel pads that needed maintenance. Water, elect, and sewer connections were old needed updating. Great reception area, laundry room and game room, but needed cleaning. Pool was in good condition. Staff was courteous and friendly. Park is in a worn state but clean.
