Ray was very helpful, I left my surge protector and he located it and shipped it to me. The park was clean and quite. The lady who checked us in was very nice. I would certainly stay here again if I were looking for a campground in this area.
Spent one night here and would definitely come back. We drive a 40 Class A with a tow vehicle. We fit into a pull-through without problem and the sites were level. Staff was extremely friendly. If you stop here you definitely have to walk west about .5 miles to view the world's tallest easel sporting a replica of a van Gogh Sunflower painting. Did not look in the restroom so didn't rate that.
Nice clean little KOA. Perfect for an overnight stop. Had a pool for the kids. We stayed an extra day to go see Monument Rocks. . .which is a little jem about 1 hour from there.
Small dated KOA. Pool was very clean, but the rest of the park is in need of upkeep. Put-put is non-functional. Grass needed to be mowed. General appearance adequate but nothing to write home about. We were initially put on a site without sewer. We were moved to another site at our request. Pull thru big enough for Rig & Toad.
This was a very nice park. It was mowed, there were lots of trees and flowers, they had a pool, mini golf, a playground. The showerhouse was very clean, with nice decor and great hot water. The hosts were so helpful and kind, assisting us with getting the KOA discount card. There was a little restaurant area, that served pancakes in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again.
Good Sam needs to re-do the rating for this campground. The bathrooms were very clean at all times. The host were great! So friendly, helpful made everyone feel right at home. They offer breakfast every morning. They are so gracious! Plenty of room between camping spaces.
