Currently sitting at this KOA in what is probably one of the worst spots in the park and the closest spot to the dog run, dumpster, and my favorite, a couple large barns where they work on school buses and drive right next to our motor home when leaving the repair compound. Especially enjoyed the beep, beep, beep all afternoon while they were backing out of the garage. We've been coming to this campground since 1991. Especially enjoyed the beep, beep, beep all afternoon while they were backing out of the garage. We've been coming to this campground since 1991. I made reservations a couple weeks ago requesting a certain area of the park for a pull thru (38 ft motor home) knowing that it had nice grassy areas and was clean and was told no problem. We are now in the area where the "locals" live full time. The cable is poor quality, trees (no satellite) and it's dirty since the area around our rig is gravel / dirt with some weeds thrown in. When I asked about the area I originally wanted they said they were all reserved. We just got back from a walk at 8:44pm and there are many spots in the area I wanted with no one in them. Hubby struck up conversations with some of the neighbors only to find out the same thing happened to them. We were scheduled to stay here 2 nights and the only upside to this whole experience is that they gave me my money back for tomorrow night. Don't know what has happened to this place but we probably won't come back.

It has gone down hill since our last visit two years ago. Right now we are next to Ma & Pa Kettle. Pillow, sleeping bags and towels draped over chairs. Must find somewhere else...cannot leave soon enough. The location is convenient to shopping.

Other than the very high price, it's an ok RV park. It's just not our cup of tea. Too "campy" is the only word I can come up with. It is a huge park and includes mobile homes in some areas. It is centrally located near lots of shopping and restaurants. The sites are a bit narrow and short for larger rigs. Our site did include a separate parking area for the tow which was nice. The utilities worked fine. Not sure about the WII FI as we didn't use it. We just stayed one night to pick up someone... Read More

Great location. Clean park, restrooms, etc. Large and level gravel sites with additional site next to it for the vehicle. We have stayed here many times. Some trees by sites with plenty of room for rig and awning. Close to all types of shopping, most within walking distance. Easy access for freeway. Staff is always friendly. Good WI FI and cable.
