This has to be one of the nicest, well kept campground we have stayed in. The site we stayed in was narrow, but didn't have a problem with the pop outs. They had the greatest dog park we have ever seen. Very clean.
The camp overall was very well run and the facilities were clean but this was not the park that was represented to us. The camp sites were very small, when I put the awning out it was touching the trees between sites. There was very little room to hang out outside and the ground was rough gravel. Not a blade of grass to be seen. They do take time to keep the bathrooms & showers clean but it was nothing impressive like other parks we have been to. For being one of the "Best Large Parks" in the country... Read More

The staff was very polite but at $100 per night there is much better value to be had in other camps.

What! Great level spacious sites (albeit non-pavement), two club houses, trolley service in season, exercise room, laundry, and decent bathrooms and showers. We don't have a dog, but they have the largest dog area (small/large separated!) I've ever seen. Large store, wood, etc. I suppose this place is a riot during full season with swimming pool, table tennis, and pickle ball, but we liked September which was really nice. Biking paved trail to Lake George, etc. right off the property. Outlet stores... Read More

This was a model park to say the least.

The campground has a lot to offer. Multiple swimming pools, 2 movie theaters. dog track, tennis courts, pull through sites. They have a lot of sites at this campground. We stayed near the store which has a little bit of everything, from basic food to camping equipment. We did not travel with children. it is located near the town of Lake Geroge, NY and a lot of shopping outlets. I would have liked to see them group the equipment together so that campers with the same equipment can get some advice... Read More

We stayed at this resort in June before school let out, and Lake George was invaded by the friendly pests - kids. The resort is just outside of town, a 5 minute walk to the outlet mall. The sites were shaded, clean, and quiet with paved access roads. Ours had lots of room for the 40' rig and our dinghy to park. The utilities were properly spaced for easy access for connection. There was a large indoor heated pool, and at least two heated outdoor pools, marked walking and biking trails, and paddle boats amongst many family oriented facilities. Our favorite was the Dog Park. This large fenced area had enough room to run a large Golden, and had safe areas so small dogs are separated from the larger scary ones. It even had a waist high dog wash available!
We had a wonderful time at the resort and in the area. Mini Golf, Six Flags, drive to Bolton, Boat Ride, and a romantic dinner by the lake and a Ben and Jerry snack were all memorable. This park is definitely one of the good guys and what I will use as my model 10/10/10 resort.
