Very clean and well maintained campground. I stayed in a pull through site. The sites do not have sewer hookup but do have water and electric. There is a nice dump station at the campground entrance. The site is graveled and pretty level. Mine had a fire ring but no grill. The camp hosts must be awesome because everything was so clean. The shower rooms were cleaned daily. The grounds had no trash lying around. I read a review on another site warning that many back In sites are good only for... Read More

The grounds had no trash lying around. I read a review on another site warning that many back In sites are good only for the smallest campers. I guess that is true but I did see a few very doable back in sites for my 30 ft travel trailer. The back in sites are the closest to the water for RVs. There is also a large tent camping area but it is separated from the RV camping sites. There is a very nice and easy hiking trail that departs from the pull through site area. The trail is bike-able and some of it is next to the lake. In addition to the camping fee is a 5$/ day state park fee. If you are staying more than 10 days just buy the annual state park pass. The have discounts for seniors and military. Check in is at the ranger station. There is a little area for RVs parking at the end of the ranger station driveway. The campground has a gate with a security code you get when you check in. WiFi is 3$/ day. I did not use it. I had one bar on my phone with Verizon here. The beach is about a mile away but I had no phone reception at the beach.
