The grounds of the resort are lovely and well maintained, the club house is gorgeous with an outstanding view of the mountains. Having said that, there is room for improvement on the lots that are rented out. The lots are individually owned and it is the owners responsibility to maintain said lots. There is no consistency on what is on the lots, some have a wooden picnic table, some have no tables, but a few chairs, some have everything. We had selected our lot from the website and it looked... There is no consistency on what is on the lots, some have a wooden picnic table, some have no tables, but a few chairs, some have everything. We had selected our lot from the website and it looked great, upon arrival we were greeted by a lot that was covered in leaves (Mountain Falls does not clean the lot prior to your arrival), the pond was full of algae and scum, one outdoor light was broken and there was a bin full of trash on the lot. We asked the office to clean it up and they said it was up to the owners, so we asked to be moved. The office was accommodating and gave us a list of other spots available. The one we selected had two broken down chairs and a side table. We had to spend an hour cutting back the overgrown shrubbery and cleaning up the lot. The internet was not accessible from our site even though I could see the repeater from the site. The only place I could get the internet to work was at the clubhouse. There are a lot of activities if you wish to participate and there are weekly dinners during the season for a nominal fee including beer or wine, this is for both owners and guests. We did not find the owners very welcoming, mostly kept to themselves. A nice place, but we will not return.

This is a beautiful resort, but misleading advertisement. We have stayed at several Luxury Motorcoach Resorts and this one could be really nice but someone has not kept it up the way it should be. When you see pictures of beautiful outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces and outdoor furniture, you expect it to look like the pictures. However, they were probably made when the sites were new. Unless you own the site, you cannot use their facilities and this is the only Luxury Motorcoach resort that... Read More

Unless you own the site, you cannot use their facilities and this is the only Luxury Motorcoach resort that we have ever stayed in that is like that. Many of the sites are for sale and they have not been cleaned or kept up. There is really NOTHING to do around and no restaurants. It takes about 30 minutes of driving to go anywhere. You have no access to to Lake Toxaway

What a Great RV Resort! Beautiful Club House and Very Friendly people. The area around has Great restaurants and plenty to do. Over a 100 waterfall near the resort. Only a hour to the Biltmore house in Asheville. This Motorhome Resort has the Best Views of the Mountains just Breath taking. You will Love your stay!
