We enjoyed our time at the park and look forward to the possibility of returning in the future. Sites: There are some that are sloped, but others are great. There is lots of Big Rig Access with FHU (see attached map or here is the interactive/digital version https://sartopo.com/m/DMGNU). Restrooms/Shower Rooms: Outdated but well kept up. Laundry: Outdated but well kept up- four washers and four dryers, quarter operated Pool: Is functional but in serious need of preventive maintenance. The pool... Read More

The pool liner is cracking, peeling, and is very outdated. There is an old ?wading pool? or something that is boarded over and the boards are starting to give away. Location: Bordered on all 4 sides by Mammoth Cave National Park, about 7 minute drive to the visitor center. Nice small town with everything you need and big town stores (Cabela's, Walmart, Tractor Supply, etc.) just a quick 35 min drive away. Activities: Has good diversity of activities- Pool, mini golf, playground (outdated but functional), and yard games available as well Grounds: Well maintained and does not feel like a big campground. Lots of open spaces. Staff: is very nice and helpful Other: Very nice to walk around and explore

We just returned from Diamond Caverns and the campground is large but the sites are close together and the amenities need some TLC. We stayed at site 412 which was a pull-thru and it was a very level site and large enough for our rig and truck. For example, the pool was great but needed cleaning by Saturday morning. The rest rooms are close to the pool but are badly in need of a renovation. They do have free Wifi at the membership office/resort and they offer Wifi for a small fee all over the... Read More

The putt-putt course has seen better days. Many of the sites will open into each other. Thankfully we were camping with family so it was no issue for us but I wouldn't want to go there solo. We did get free admission to the fireworks at the golf course and that was pretty excellent. The staff were friendly. Overall, it has great potential but it needs some updates.

You need to go across the street to sign in..no big deal. Some sites are close together. We had a nice large site (403) a little unlevel but ok. Could use a little sprucing up. What I did not like was the extra $4 per night admin/amenity fee. Pool was closed and the mini golf is pretty run down. Did not use the restrooms or go in them. Very convenient to Mount Rushmore and Bowling Green. We went to visit grandsons at WKU. Went in October.
