This is no longer a Thousand Trails park, but they gave us the RPI rate. All RPI campers were stuffed side by side in the back row with no "yard" when about 1/2 of the park was vacant. We definitely felt like second-class citizens. For $16 per night, we were ok with this park, but we certainly would not have been happy at full price. We did have to extend our stay for 2 days due to a mechanical issue and they were most accommodating to us. Showers were OK. Pool was always full of screaming kids... Read More

Good Sam and RPI members should be extremely careful and do their homework before using this campground. Gravel site on a hill right next to Interstate 15 with very heavy truck traffic 24 hours a day. Nothing on site is level. No hot tub and very, very few other amenities. Rates are very high compared to other campgrounds in area. We were charged excessive "holiday" rates because of something called "senior games" although the camp was 2/3 empty during our stay. Rates are very high compared to other campgrounds in area. We were charged excessive "holiday" rates because of something called "senior games" although the camp was 2/3 empty during our stay. Stated discounts are not applied to your bill. Specifically AARP in our case. I was told the AARP discount was applied but when I call the desk, I was quoted the "special holiday" price prior to discount which was the exact price I was being charge on my card. No discount even thought they stated there was one applied. Once they get your credit card number, they put your entire stay on the card immediately and refuse to refund once you find out what this "resort" is really like and choose to give notice to leave. Very, very poor internet service and no Verizon cell phone service when staying here. Sites are very narrow and most sites have no shade with little or no room to use an awing. Found front desk staff found to be most unhelpful. Just smile and shrug their shoulders and say they can't do anything. Our feeling was that the staff issue was more a manager issue in that they truly can not do anything to assist a customer. We will not stay here again and will not recommend to others that they do.

Probably the WORST KOA we have ever stayed at. Sites are narrow and short, dusty and large gravel. Difficult to level because of size of gravel. The sites are arranged so that neighboring RV door faces our door. Must share the table and common space with not enough room for both to open the awnings. Very Noisy all night long from truck traffic on I-15. Terrible experience. Never to return here.
