We stayed 1 night. The campground map only showed a bath house by the tent area. They were very dirty, trash can was full, dirt on the floor and hair in the drain. Yucky! We did find bath facilities by the office. It is in the lodge ,but not marked on the campground map. There is no Verizon service and limited internet at best. This campground is 10 miles off of highway 72 along narrow roads. We were here at the beginning of the off season so the office area closed early between 4 or 5 o'clock.. The... Read More

Access to this campground is via miles of single lane paved road and low tree branches. The campground "roads" appear to be crushed limestone that is very dusty, heavily used areas appear as talcum powder and they are "one lane". Grass was mowed, full hookups were all functional. Parked in a pull-through but had to disconnect to make the turns to the space. Friendly management. Once there, not bad but will think hard before trying that trip again.

We love Crazyhorse! Very relaxing. Clean. Respectful staff. Lots of activities every weekend for kids. Swimming, fishing, canoeing, and frisbee golf course. We spend most weekend here and enjoy it!

We recommend this campground, especially if you have kids. There are a lot of activities to keep families busy.

Very nice place to stay, very clean with very friendly owners. It was the very first campground we found within a 2 hour drive of our home that we wanted to go back to again and again.
