We stayed here one night each way on a trip to the San Fransisco Bay area. The grounds and plantings are beautifully maintained, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. We would happily stay here again should the opportunity arise.

The park is a mobile home park with some long term tenants, but is also an rv park, they have no homeless people in the park (as someone mentioned) very clean and friendly staff. We love this place. Hope to stay here again.

Although I had reservations, when I showed up this place looked more like a poorly run homeless camp. I left after trying to navigate my rather short coach (35'), no tow car into park. Then spot was dirt, not level, scary residents. run down, overall not what I would call a RV park. The only reason it gets one star, friendly staff.

This has the possibility of being a great park close in to the City but!! The staff isn't friendly when you call for reservation they take your money and leave a envelope on the door for you to find your way. The site was covered with "old" dead leaves which hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The asphalt parking site was depressed and filled with water even though it hadn't rained in a week. The maintenance person just road his golf cart around so I ended up hosing the leaves and setting up in the water.... Its a shame with a little care this could be a great park with easy access and right in the middle of the city

The park is covered in trees but they had some spots for our class A with 4 slides and our satellite worked. The grounds are very clean and neat. The restrooms are small and unisex but we use our own facilities anyway. It also has the fastest WiFi we have ever seen. Our test program had the download speed at 107mbps and upload speed of 23.97. WOW! Streaming movies is no problem. Nice pool area also!

Looks nice & green & shady which is likely true for the permanent residents. 55 spaces very tightly packed we were squeezed onto a packed earth spot...which was, thankfully shady. Odd to see one unisex bathroom which could be used only by one male or one female at a time...even though there were 2 campground-style showers inside. We can make it through the night, but will not include this place for future travels.
