Friendly staff, clean facilities, concrete pads! will definitely stay here if we're passing through again.
I really have enjoyed my stay. The highway was loud but it didn't really bother me. All the lots are pull through which makes things super easy for me since I travel on my own. The showers and bathrooms were very clean. Excellent water pressure and temperature. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
This is a well-thought out park. The spaces are angled so you're probably not going to be looking at your neighbor's window. Afternoon sun was on driver's side, so we could enjoy some shade. The restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly and the camp pooch in the office (behind a half-door) was a hoot! Husband spent hours fishing in the private lake (catch and release, no license req'd). There's a paved walking path outside the fence. Yes, there is highway noise, but many campgrounds are situated... Read More

It doesn't bother us, although it might some. We'd definitely stay here again.

Open gravel sites with concrete pad. All sites are pull through facing NE! No afternoon sun on awning side. Adjoins a small lake where you can catch / release fish & swim. Very clean facilities . Professional staff. Few small trees. Clean & well maintained. All sites full service. Good WiFi .
This is a lovely spot on a small lake/pond (swim at your own risk) with catch and release fishing (no license required). The sites are positioned to provide good afternoon shade. There is a small playground area with grass and a nice dog walking area. It is very BIG RIG friendly. We drive a 45 foot motorhome and pull a long stacker trailer. We need at least 75 feet (and that is tight). These spots are long and wide enough for good maneuvering. Placement of sewer and water was a little challenging... Read More

The best asset of this park in the great staff. Wonderful on check-in and made sure we were set up and everything worked.

This is the second time we stayed here. The owners are very nice & helpful. The park is very clean, roads are nice & level, the site had a very large concrete pad, bathrooms looked like a brand new building & were immaculate. Very nice laundry facilities. We will definitely make this our park for this area.
One night stay in our travel trailer on a west bound trip. The park is conveniently located close to I80 as well as the center of Kearney NE with lots of services. The park is relatively new and appears to be a work in process. The staff was very friendly and the hook ups were all top shelf. All sites are concrete which makes set up much faster. The only down side is the traffic noise from I80 which is basically across the street. Nice lake with picnic tables and fire pits. Swimming is permitted.... Read More

We stayed one night in a travel trailer. This is fine for overnight. Easy in and out. Friendly staff. We loved the long pull through sites. Pads are concrete and level. Hookups were fine. There is no cable, we were told we could get several local stations with antenna, we could only get the local PBS station. I agree with others that restrooms could use updating but they were clean. Not a lot of dog walking area.
Little more than a gravel lot with cement pads to park on, no shade at all. Bathroom cleanliness was ok but hot water took forever to get going. Lots of road noise from the highway.
Had a nice two day stay for the solar eclipse. Parks is clean and well kept.
Grounds are sterile but parking sites and utilities are good. The person who checked us in was Very Rude.
When we saw that this was the only Good Sam RV Park in the area, we decided with a 9+ score we would be happy there. The freeway traffic was so close and loud that it was impossible to enjoy being outside or getting a decent nights sleep. Yes, the park grounds were clean, unlike the small bathroom and shower rooms. These were cleaned only ONCE during our 7 day stay (non-refundable) ..only paper towels and TP replenished. The exposed pipes in the showers was unbelievable. There was black mold along... Read More

These were cleaned only ONCE during our 7 day stay (non-refundable) ..only paper towels and TP replenished. The exposed pipes in the showers was unbelievable. There was black mold along the bottom of the showers and the floors were dirty. Standing water from the previous person would not drain properly.....flowed into the main room. Yuck. A filthy band-aid was on one of the exposed water pipes near the sink for all 7 days. People from who knows where kept coming in and using the facility......waited 90 minutes to use the bathroom one day!!! Codes would help with this problem. I understand that those who don't need to use the facilities don't care, but for those of us that do, cleanliness is expected in a 9+. We were so glad to leave that park behind and will never return! Hey Good Sam....what's up with your rating system??

We just stayed one night. Staff was very friendly. The concrete pads were very nice and easy to set up on. The lake was nice to see. Very convenient place for a quick stop. I liked how they kept long term rental/working trailers in a different section. The bathroom needed a cleaning, but maybe I saw it at the wrong time. We would stay here again. Shade trees would be a nice addition.
Perfect for an overnight en-route. Super Friendly..
Check-in was easy. They accepted credit cards. They allow pets. We stayed in the Overflow area and it was acceptable. All the spaces I saw were long pull throughs. The bathroom facility included showers but was not perfect and needed a good cleaning. This is a nice park, I felt safe and comfortable and I would stay here again.
Above average. Very clean. Nice and quiet. The office staff are friendly and welcoming.
Surprised to find that RV park was right near the Archway that crosses interstate 80. Concrete level pads to park the RV. Two locations to park short term area not shaded.
strictly average. Bathrooom are NOT an 8. 7 is more like it. They do have hot water.
Stayed overnight. Pleasant location, but close to Interstate, so some vehicle noise. Nice level concrete pads available. No cable, but could get 2 local network stations on antenna. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
This park was a huge disappointment. We chose to stay here based on the other reviews but we had a completely different experience. The park is divided into two areas. The one shown in the pictures of their website is the front area. We were given a space in the back annex. This area is essentially a repurposed corn field. The site was fairly level but we were placed between two obviously permanent guests. Their units were surrounded by so much human detritus and in such derelict condition... Read More
This park was a huge disappointment. Their units were surrounded by so much human detritus and in such derelict condition that I doubt they could have moved under their own power had park management cared enough to demand they clean up or move out. The freeway and train noise eliminated any possibility of a good night's sleep. This was underscored when one of our esteemed neighbors chose to fire up his diesel pick-up at 5:00 AM and allow it to sit there idling for at least 20 minutes. The showers, while appearing modern, had painted floors in such poor and chipped condition that, lacking suitable shower shoes to protect my feet, I chose to forgo the morning shower and get out of there as quickly as I could. Happiness to us became Kearney Nebraska in our rear view mirror.

This is a very nice campground. We only stayed one night. We stayed in the Getaway Bay section. The site was clean and level and on a concrete pad. We had a 50-amp pull-through with full hook-ups. There were no trees, hence no shade, but if you have a dish you'd love it. The only complaint we had was that the electric connection is so far away. It was near our front wheel. The water and sewer were close to the bays, but we had to extend our electric wire out almost to the end of it. We would... Read More

We have missed this treasure so many times from the interstate. Glad we found it. Very well kept. Mentioned I was a Sam's Club member and it saved me $. We didn't use any of the facilities. The only draw back is the tremendous amount of sand burrs in the grassy areas. Hard on dogs paws. The lake was a great place to do some fishing!
Friendly staff, clean facilities, concrete pads! will definitely stay here if we're passing through again.
