We never crossed paths with others, making it like a private bath. The laundry was $2.50 for wash and $1.50 for dry. Overhead are shelves of DVDs, videocassettes, books and magazines. It's on a bus route, $3 for an all day pass on the #44 gets you around town. The hosts were always helpful. One warm day we were having trouble with our circuit breaker and were concerned about leaving the dog in the RV for a dinner engagement. They offered to give us the code to the office to leave our dog after hours! (We remedied the problem, partly with Nancy's advice.) I would not hesitate to recommend this in-town RV park.

It's not fancy, but what it is, is quiet and the full-timers we met are very nice. We had tried calling a few times, but no answer and NO voice mail/answering machine. The website also said to email if you couldn't get through on the phone, we never got a response. This was on a Sat. and their website said they close at noon on Sat., which is fine. We decided to drive to the park anyway and just go on in and pay later (we were going to spend 5 days there) -- lo and behold, there's a sign out in front saying, "NO VACANCY". We were livid, at least they could have stated that on an ANSWERING DEVICE if they had one!!!, instead of us driving all the way over there to find them and finding out they had NO VACANCIES. Needless to say we WILL NOT stay at this park, now or EVER!! We must give this park 0's all the way around!!!

Whereas we wanted a place to stop overnight that wasn't far from the interstate, we were surprised to turn off the main thoroughfare into a driveway which was the entrance to this small, older park.
