the host, was friendly and helpful getting us settled. The resort is really more like a state park campground, very wooded, quiet, and secluded. Interior roads are paved and easily navigable. Sites are gravel/rock and plenty large enough for rig and tow vehicle, with plenty of forested areas in between. We had a fire ring and a nice picnic table, as do, I believe, all of the sites. This is a good location to visit the Kitsap and Olympic Peninsulas. You are within 30 minutes of Port Townsend, Poulsbo, Kingston and a variety of other towns. Many of those locations have ferry service to other parts of Washington.
