This should be a 10/10/10. The only down side is the neighborhood but it's a great park. Good sites, plenty of room, choice of covered or uncovered, concrete patios, etc. The service is amazing. We had a fire pit and they delivered firewood and starters to us. The on-site restaurant also delivers directly to sites. The staff were friendly and competent. I don't know how this can be a 9.5 when a dump we stayed at in Phoenix (because of Good Sam rating) is a 10/10/10. We will stay here again!... Read More

Awesome park layout, lost of room to access and maneuver. Staff are pleasant and helpful, love that they collect your bagged garbage all day every day from the front of your site. The hot tub was a much needed treat after hiking or cycling for a few hours. Can be noisy overnight with gun shots, sirens and helicopters, all out of the parks control. We always felt safe and secure inside the park and staff patrolling thru the night provided additional comfort. Two concerns, 1) need to be upfront... Read More

Two concerns, 1) need to be upfront with electric costs, electric charges were not disclosed at time of booking, nor written in the reservation and not at check in equally on on their documentation 2) in 2021 we expect high speed Internet at sites, at 6 mbps you can read an email if you can open your app. Purchased high speed Tengointernet and speed was often at 6 mbps, frequently turning WiFi on and off to get a better speed for a while Neither the site nor Tango takes any responsibility for Internet service and advise it is the un named Internet providers responsibility

Great campground. Spent a week at the end of the month. There was an early heat wave and am so glad that we had reserved a pull through under the solar panels. We had all day shade vs the other sites that have mostly sun. Each site had a fruit tree lemon, grapefruit and orange. Pool/ hot tub area was well maintained and clean. Saw pool water being tested a few times a day. Weekends, lots of kids. Exercise room was nice as well as laundry. Only reason for 4 star on restroom is that I was... Read More

Only reason for 4 star on restroom is that I was told that the men's room tile floor and grout looked like it needed a good scrub. Womens restroom and showers were spotless. BBQ restaurant on site for lunch/dinner. Cabins are really a casita here and very attractive. Every site has some type of patio furniture. Sites were level and little if any road noise from I-10. Would stay here again in a minute!

We camped at the Lazydays RV Resort for one night during the 4th week of September 2018. WOW, what a place! Very easy access off I-10 in south Tucson, this place is a beautiful resort. We were checked in by a very pleasant and professional reception staff and easily found our campsite. Because it was in the upper 90's while there, we choose to park under their "Power Parasol" shade structure a steel frame covered by solar panels 28 feet above you. Because it was in the upper 90's while there, we choose to park under their "Power Parasol" shade structure a steel frame covered by solar panels 28 feet above you. Very welcomed shade and production of solar electricity too, a great combination. Our campsite had water, sewer and 50 amp electric for $51/night. This RV park has numerous small "chip and putt" greens scattered around the park, three dog parks, dog wash and several gas fire pits surrounded by Adirondack chairs. They offer a variety of RV sites with your choice of gravel, grass, hammocks, fireplaces, an outdoor kitchen, 2-story patios and private dog pens all under the shade of citrus trees which are found all over this RV park. The park also has a swimming pool, pickle ball courts, gift shop, an on-site restaurant and bar and all the other amenities you would expect at such a fine resort. This was the best resort / RV park we stayed at during our summer RV travels. Lazydays wasn't the most expensive park we visited either! We would stay here again, in fact we may plan another trip to Tucson just to be able to come back here.

Great place! Great staff! Will always stay here when we are in town.
One of the nicest KOA's we've seen. Clean, attractive, paved roads and wide level sites. Just off I-10. Very well manicured with fruit trees at each site. Nice general store, restaurant on the property with a large clean pool and spa. Mix of snowbird/long term residents and travelers. Close to numerous RV centers and other Tucson shopping. Possible downside for some is proximity to Air Force Base with fighter jets roaring overhead occasionally. For us, it was the sound of freedom. Would... Read More

This park sets a high standard for all parks, especially the KOA brand. It is one of the nicest KOA's I have ever seen. The roads and sites are all concrete, very wide and big-rig friendly. Each site has an adjacent place for a car, even though the site are long enough to accomodate the car behind the rig. They have covered sites available that use solar panels to provide cover and generate energy. What a great concept! There are two pools and two hot tubs. Both are very nice and one has a... Read More

There are two pools and two hot tubs. Both are very nice and one has a playground beside the pool area.
The facilities are pristine and the grounds are very clean.
We arrived after hours and were very happy to be greeted at the gated entrance by 24-hour security.
The location is really nice. It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping options and is right off the freeway, but we did not hear any road noise. It is also close to the airport, but we only heard the sound of planes mid-day, never in the late evenings. They are right next to an RV sales and repair service, which is very handy if you need something special for your RV.

Beautiful park. Cute gas fireplace for marshmallows. Ample room. Beautiful facilities.
This is not your average KOA. It raises the bar that they should all try to measure up to. Sites are spacious. Interior roads are paved. Wi-Fi and Cable available. Concrete patios with picnic table. Graveled pads and off-street parking. If the weather is hot consider one of the sites under the solar panels as they provide nice filtered sunlight.
First class resort. Staff was friendly and efficient. Expensive but worth the price. Excellent security. Roomy site was level and even. Wifi a bit stingy especially at this price.
Staff was fantastic. Sites are spacious. Interior roads are two and paved. Wi-Fi and Cable available. Concrete patios with picnic table. Graveled pads and off-street parking. A very positive experience.
This is a very nice park but DO NOT FOLLOW YOUR GPS. YOU WILL END UP ON A WASHBOARD ROAD TO NOWHERE. TAKE EXIT 264 not 260
This is a nice KOA. Sites are large and well-maintained. Roads are paved; sites are gravel with a paved patio. There's a table and four chairs on each patio. Citrus trees are at every site. I had grapefruit and fresh-squeezed orange juice for breakfast, limes for guacamole, and lemons for lemonade. There are two large laundries in the park ($2 wash, $1.50 dry). There's a nice gift shop and a cafe that has burgers, etc. You can get a beer or mixed drink there, too. People are very friendly.... Read More

The only complaint is that they don't let you know what activities they have planned. The campground is right next to Lazydays RV. If you need work done on your RV you can have it done there, but make sure you make an appointment several weeks ahead of time. Lazydays also has a parts store, and they give classes in driving an RV and how to cook in your convection oven. There is also a Camping World close by in case you need supplies. We plan on staying here anytime we're in the Tucson area.
