After reading what the RV park had to offer ( WIFI, Laundry, Restrooms and showers, heated pool, Casino..) we thought it would be a good place to stay for a couple of nights. RV park was just ok, the one good point was that there was plenty of room at our site. When I booked the site the woman on the phone said that the back in sites were more level, so I booked a back in. When we arrived we asked for a map of the facility, there were none. We were given door key cards so we could enter through the hotel to access the pool and Casino. The back in sites are more level, (the pull thoughs look like they have a small slope to them). The bathrooms are cleaned regularly, BUT they need to sweep before they mop. There were alot of particles on the bathroom floor. The shower has an electronic eye that controls the water. Water kept shutting off, placed a wash cloth over the handle and that covered the sensor so the water stayed on. It was hard to regulate the temperature on the water. NO WIFI even though they claim to have it at the RV Park. They told us at the hotel it is open you just have to join. It didn't show up on any of our devices. The pool is at the Hotel and it is a short walk accross the parking lot. You do have to go through the Hotel to get to the pool. The Casino is a disappointment! There is no good place to eat. The only thing open was the grill and the best I can say about it was that it was quick. The Burger was not a fresh burger and the chicken tenders tasted like the ones that are from a bag. The sandwiches are pre-made and looked like they had been there for a while. Expensive for what they serve. In the morning the Bar is open from 7AM to 11AM for something light, BUT when we went there at 7:45AM we were chased away by some one from a group who said it was for her group only. When I said something to the front desk they more or less just shrugged thier shoulders and said it is supposed to be open. SO, do not count on getting a bite to eat from that either. Paid $52 a night (with Good Sam discount). Overall this was a HUGE disappointment. This is NOT an RV park I will return to.

I've been in a lot of native American and privately owned casinos. This ranks right up there with the worse. It started off when I tried calling for a shuttle. The employee was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. I finally ended up completely blowing up on him and security came by and called a shuttle. They also have very little choice for food. A steak house that is OK, a coffee shop that closes at 2:00 PM, another one where you can order hamburger type meals and to go meals and the worst buffet I've ever seen. We went there on Wednesday night and since it is only $9.95 their attitude must be we don't need to have any food available. They were so understaffed they could not keep up with the demand plus there was very little variety, especially for a buffet. (Tonight were driving into town for a decent meal). They also seem to have a major maintenance problem. I would estimate that at least 25% of the slot machines were out of commission and shut down. Never again will I ever go to any Ho-Chunk casino.

WiFi was great - fast & easy to connect. No cable. Roads in the RV area are paved - very nice. Small RV park, quiet , close to casino if you want to go there. Facilities very clean. Security drives through several times a day.

Nice place to stay!! Plenty of space and great entertainment with the casino right there. Pool and hot tub are very nice and was not too busy on the weekend. Nice choices of restaurants in the casino.
