We stayed in a FHU site, F26, it was right next to the swing set and Volleyball net. The septic for this site was tied in behind the site to the right of us so our sewer hose had to stretch a little far and we could not reach. There was a spare hose for us to use at the office so the sewer did not present any problems. The setting is just lovely, the family that runs it is very friendly. My complaint is that the pool is closed and has been closed for "years" but there is still a very lovely picture... Read More
We stayed in a FHU site, F26, it was right next to the swing set and Volleyball net. The septic for this site was tied in behind the site to the right of us so our sewer hose had to stretch a little far and we could not reach. There was a spare hose for us to use at the office so the sewer did not present any problems. The setting is just lovely, the family that runs it is very friendly. My complaint is that the pool is closed and has been closed for "years" but there is still a very lovely picture of the pool on the website, so I and others I talked to that were staying found this very misleading. My only other complaint is that the washer and dryer are $2.25 a load so its $5.00 to get a load wash and dried. I am thankful that there is laundry provided but that is an outrageous price to me. There are 6 swings, a seesaw, and a basketball and volleyball court plus a soccer area. LOTS of room for the kids to run around but no pool as of June 2022.
