Avoid this park. The facilities are in very bad shape and most of the park is in need of some very major repairs or rehabilitation. There are a handful of newer sites that are not bad, but, those are mostly occupied by long-term younger renters with "lots" of children. The younger renters have jobs where they work day and night shifts and their diesel trucks will wake you at all hours of the night and early morning. In my experience at the park, management did not enforce any of its noise rules.... Read More

There are a handful of newer sites that are not bad, but, those are mostly occupied by long-term younger renters with "lots" of children. The younger renters have jobs where they work day and night shifts and their diesel trucks will wake you at all hours of the night and early morning. In my experience at the park, management did not enforce any of its noise rules. They also allow very dilapidated rigs to stay long-term in the park. I paid for a week and left after the third night. That night was the final straw when our neighbors woke us up at two o'clock in the morning hammering, sawing and drilling in their unit. Management did not respond to our calls. Those neighbors, a young couple that both worked different shifts, lived in a very old and very small unit with four children and a dog!

Current owners have had the park for 5 years. Lots of deferred maintenance that needs to be done. Restrooms are clean but old. Some parts of the park are new and other parts really need help. Rates are reasonable for what you get. No organized activities at all - even though you get a calendar of events things do not happen.
